Don’t expect the standard hospitality when you stay. They would put the long term residents as their priority. Lack of communication, even I could said worst. On the check out date , I have been shouted by the staff, because the poor communication. I would avoid the type of property in the future.

The apartment is very new and clean, and there are many restaurants and stores around this area. A wet market is just a few streets nearby.

This is my first time booking accommodation in Hanoi on this booking website. This B&B-style hotel is close to Lotte Department Store and the Australian Embassy. There are only 7 rooms on each floor, with one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom. It is equipped with a drum washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, IH stove, electric kettle, electric cooker, kitchen utensils and tableware. The toilet is a smart electric toilet. If you want to cook by yourself, turn left and there is a traditional market where you can buy meat and fruits and vegetables. It is very convenient. The stay is very comfortable, clean and cheap. It is worth recommending to everyone for reference.

It's dirty. The sheets are wrinkled. Haven't they changed them since someone else stayed there? The bottle full of dirty water is still there. No toilet paper!! The location is nice though. Check-in is in the basement of the building opposite. When I checked out there was no one there, which was really annoying. I couldn't speak the language either. It's like a 3,000 yen price tag.

If you want to get the worst impressions of Hanoi - then you need to go to this hotel. This hotel will remain the worst memory. The hotel is located on a street with bars, along which *******, ******* ********* *********** ****** are lined up. Characteristic sounds are heard from each bar. I am traveling alone, I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, it is difficult to find, the security guard met me in one place, and the hotel is located in another. I was uncomfortable because of the location of this hotel, I asked for a refund, I was refused, I had to check into the hotel. Then the horror began. It turned out that no one changed the bed linen after the previous guests. I wrote to the administrator. In response to this, the security guard brought me ONE DUVET COVER. I asked for the rest of the linen, to which the security guard began to shout at me loudly and throw me out of the hotel. And this at 2 am! I think that such an attitude is inappropriate for guests. Why should I pay money and sleep on dirty linen? In the end, I was given only a sheet and a duvet cover. I had to sleep without a pillow. On the plus side, there was a washing machine. In which I washed these pillowcases myself,

A bit old, the mixer in my room was not adjusted. The service is good, all requests were fulfilled. The staff is smiling, polite. For the money it is normal.

Thank you for your help as my flight was delayed and I was unable to check in until late at night. I checked out early in the morning so I only stayed for about 3 hours, but the room was great and the location was great, so I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hanoi.
