Very nice and well located hotel. I was really happy and impressed by this hotel. They thought of everything to make your stay great. It is really clean, they have all the amenities you need in your room. Breakfast has a large choice: some Western options( coffee, bread, butter and fruits) I felt good during my stay. Happy with the free laundry service. I spotted on the last day, the steamer in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed is really soft. Despite being next to the street, it wasn’t noisy at all. It’s at a walking distance from a shopping street with plenty of snacks shops and restaurants to eat. Very good internet connection in the room. I couldn’t find the password to use it in the lobby on the day we checked out and , at the time, it was too busy at the reception desks to ask the staff. The only thing to improve is about the charging station, maybe add or replace it by a more common one. It was very challenging to put it back after use as there were no empty place left at the hotel and the nearby shops didn’t have that brand. We finally found one the following day, in an alley in the shopping street. Despite having a map to help you find where they are, it wasn’t easy as a lot of locations on the map are no longer accurate. It gives an option of pausing for 12 hours to find a location where to return it, but that wasn’t enough since the few that are around filled up quickly.

Only 1 lift to service their guests from level 4 to 8 Breakfast at level 13, lift only brings you to level 12 Level 9-12 house another hotel - City Note. Their guests sometimes take the lift of Cheeinn to ground floor so the lift can be crowded sometimes, esp during check out timings. Booked a family room with Westlake view but mostly blocked by buildings and could only see a small corner of Westlake. Breakfast - limited options with no western food (bread and cereal). They do change their cooked food (alternating days) Overall a pleasant stay but they need to beef up on their cleanliness and provide more variety for breakfast.
