The room we booked was spacious and clean. Daily room service was top notch. They replenish bottled water and drinks in the fridge free of charge. Fresh towels, nicely folded sheets every single day during our stay. Front desk staff were helpful and very responsive to requests. They are also friendly and approachable. There's also a robot that sends food delivery to our doorstep which we find very convenient. Location is also pretty good. All the places we went seems to be only a short ride away. There's a few shopping malls within walking distance. Overall an excellent experience.

I came to Hangzhou for a trip and chose this hotel online. The hotel has a great location, a large parking lot, plenty of parking spaces, and enough charging stations. The hotel price is very affordable. The service is also very good, the room facilities are complete, there is plenty of hot water, and the room area is relatively large. Will come again next time.

I choose this hotel because i was in a hurry and didn't had chance to see all the details and amenities. It's located in a good location, you can get anything nearby, it's very convenient. A little disappointed with the toilet and light in the room. The toilet blocked in the middle of the night had to call reception and even after he unclogged it, it again got blocked, and the wash basin was also blocked and we couldn't get cold water there was only hot water if we moved to the cold side of the tap the water stops, and the light was not bright, room was looking a little dark, but it was a comfortable room, good to stay for a night, to avoid unnecessary troubles and problems.

The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway next to it. The hotel is in a neo-Chinese style, very stylish. The hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable. This is my favourite hotel in Hangzhou. Modern and Stylish. I stayed here when I arrived to work in Hangzhou in 2020. I then moved into an apartment in the same building. The staff are friendly and attentive. It was a delightful stay. I will always stay here when I visit Hangzhou. There are metro stations nearby. Using a DiDi to and from the hotel is easy as well. HANGZHOU is a beautiful city, and so is The Crystal Orange Hotel! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
