Hotels in Qianjiang New Town, Hangzhou

My two-night stay at Park Hyatt was largely made wonderful by Aileen and Duty Manager Bruce. Their attention to detail was impeccable; they truly thought of everything. Although there was a minor hiccup, it certainly didn't detract from an otherwise very satisfying experience. Both consistently maintained the high service standards expected of a luxury hotel. Park Hyatt is definitely a luxury choice worth recommending.

The hotel is incredibly photogenic and truly beautiful. The corridors, with their excellent lighting, are perfect for capturing photos that evoke a Mediterranean cruise. Our room offered views of the Qiantang River, and the hotel is only half an hour from West Lake. It definitely offers excellent value for money. The only slight drawback was that the carpets and bathrooms in the room weren't as clean as they could be. However, the spacious rooms are a definite plus. Service was just acceptable. Overall, though, I was very satisfied. I don't expect perfection when I travel, and for a Virgo like me, the hotel was more than satisfactory. On another note, their Longjing tea is superb. Even at 98 per cup, and served simply with the leaves steeped in the mug, it's worth it. West Lake Longjing and Hupao Spring are renowned as the 'Two Wonders of West Lake,' and this hotel's Longjing tea is truly outstanding. It's a world of difference compared to the Longjing tea served with the set menu at Liuyingli Hotel. That said, I wouldn't call Liuyingli's tea house bad; their ambiance is undeniably top-notch, and truly, each establishment has its own unique charm.

Booked this hotel specifically for Chen Peisi's performance at the Hangzhou Grand Theatre! It's literally just across the road – incredibly convenient! I'd booked a river-view room and was happily upgraded to an Executive Room! Hangzhou, you've captured my heart even more ❤️ The river view truly lived up to its name – absolutely magnificent! The windows were immaculately clean and sparkling. The room was spacious, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The shower had great water pressure and drained quickly, making for a truly refreshing experience. Breakfast was quite extensive; not being in a rush, I ended up spending over an hour enjoying it! Next time I'm in Hangzhou for a show at the Grand Theatre, I'll definitely be staying here again!

Hangzhou Greentown The Azure Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Qianjiang was absolutely fantastic! The river view room offered an incredible vista; its floor-to-ceiling windows provided panoramic views of the Qiantang River, which was breathtakingly beautiful at sunrise. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches included a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and a well-designed bathroom with wet/dry separation. Breakfast offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, featuring authentic local Hangzhou snacks. Max provided outstanding service, making the entire experience perfect!

Everything was excellent. Hotel is exactly per photos in trip.com no traps. Clean, great service, room size and layout is perfect. MRT station is literary right at the doorstep. Love the hotel design.

The room amenities were just average, which was a little disappointing at first glance. However, it truly excelled where it mattered most to me: the bedding was clean, the hot water had fantastic pressure and temperature, the toiletries had a pleasant scent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast restaurant was expansive and well-designed, offering a comprehensive spread of both Chinese and Western options with plenty of variety and excellent quality. Several chefs were busy preparing dishes, and the staff were quick to clear tables. I indulged in four small bowls of the plain congee and was so full I literally had no space left for the mini wontons, fruit, or anything else! Getting a taxi to West Lake was quick, and the ride itself only took about 5 minutes. Overall, I was satisfied!

Got a free upgrade to room. There are work ongoing at the other of the road but still bearable. The hairdryer toppled and knock over the glass into sink. Call the receptionist to send someone over to clean up. Response was fast and the broken glass pieces are cleared up.

Very friendly and attentive staff. No English but made due with translator app which worked just fine. Old and dated decor but good location. Was looking forward to four workouts in the gym and the swimming pool while on a business trip. Chose this hotel specifically for its indoor swimming pool and gym. Would have stayed elsewhere in the area otherwise. That said, the pool and gym turned out to be public and couldn't be used at all as there was kids' swimming going on every time I went - tried on 4 separate occasions and every time the gym equipment was occupied by a dozen sleeping or relaxing parents and grandparents playing on their phones while waiting for their kids' swimming lessons to end. I was also told that the treadmills were out of order. The listing on Trip.com should be updated. It shouldn't be listed as a having an indoor hotel pool and gym as it's not only outside and adjacent in a different building with no direct access from the hotel, it's also a public facility and not accessible to hotel guests if swimming lessons are going on.

This is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in during this National Day. The price is super high and the service is very good! Executive floor, deluxe double room, awesome 👍👍👍 Facilities: Newly renovated, elegant and stylish, I like this decoration style very much, the pillow mattresses are very comfortable, the room is quiet, sleep at ease! Hygienic: very clean and tidy Environment: Convenient transportation, very close to the subway, a few minutes away, very close to the West Lake, complete surrounding facilities, a lot of food, and big shopping malls Service: Warm service, thoughtful and meticulous, rich breakfast!

The hotel prices in Hangzhou soared during the Qingming Festival. I chose a hotel in Qianjiang New Town for a quiet stay. The room rate of 460 including breakfast during the tourist season is very affordable. The hotel lobby is small and the breakfast area is not big, but the breakfast tastes pretty good. To go to the guest room, you need to share the elevator with the office building, which is a bit special. The room size is OK, with smart toilet, electric curtains, and separate wet and dry areas for washing and washing. The hardware can compete with some 5-star hotels, and the drinks in the minibar are also free.
