Hangzhou Gongshu District Hotels

The hotel is located directly next to exit D2 of Fengqi station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. On the first night, I had an issue with the shower hose and didn't sleep well due to a hard mattress and old pillows. I communicated with a translation app and a staff member was quick to solve this situation the following day by upgrading me to a more comfortable room and really thankful for their effort and quick response. Breakfast is on the 12th floor starting from 6:30 am and everything is freshly made with lots of choices. Longxiangqiao station area is a very vibrant and colourful spot which is worth a visit at night. From Ding'an road station, you can walk about 15 mins for a free visit at the Song Dynasty historical building. The west lake ticket show ”Enduring memories of Hangzhou” should also be on your bucket list. Overall, a memorable stay in Hangzhou and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a great bathtub. Breakfast is delicious, though it was so crowded on the weekend that it was actually impossible to eat. There’s a weird, bad smell near the elevators. Those two problems are so minor in light of all that’s great about this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, hygienic and strategic location to the main attraction. Definitely staying here on our next trip, everything been pleasant. As Malaysian, We like that they have bidet provided 😆

The hotel location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Wulin Night Market! The room was very clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. We booked a family room and stayed for three nights at Xiyouli Hotel. The staff even provided us with a local mobile number so we could order *******, and a robot delivered the food straight to our room! We’ll definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Hangzhou!

The location of the hotel is perfect, just beside the night market. Parking lot is walking distance, but not adjacent to the hotel. At night it is always full, but hotel staff help you to take the car and park for you. If you dont mind, it is good.

Great location with easy access to all other sightseeing spots. However, they have a special arrangement on AirCon since the hotel is linked to the other building so they won't have AC on until summer. Just so happened when we were there, the weather was quite hot. But the hotel staff are friendly and considerate to give out cold water and offer a remote AC to our room. Overall, we are satifised!

My stay here truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making getting around an absolute breeze. The room was exceptionally clean and well-kept. I felt instantly comfortable upon entering. The soft, cozy bedding ensured I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were quick and incredibly welcoming during check-in. My original room was a bit noisy facing the street, so they thoughtfully upgraded me to a quieter one. Even when struggling with the printer, she still managed to help me photocopy both sides of my ID, and proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. The cleaning staff was equally meticulous, even neatly arranging the small items on my desk. What truly stood out was the flexibility: I was able to check in as early as 9 AM and enjoy a late check-out at 4 PM, which was a first for me! I truly felt at home! The value for money is superb. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

The location is absolutely fantastic, truly a prime spot. The front desk service was exceptional; we were even upgraded to a better room. They offered us water upon arrival and provided small snacks and water when we checked out, always proactively asking if we needed anything. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous. Even though we had breakfast late, a kind kitchen staff member thoughtfully reminded us to get more food before it was cleared. Alcohol wipes were a thoughtful touch in the bathroom. We appreciated that the room's electricity and air conditioning could be left on 24/7, not requiring the key card. The pillows were extremely comfortable. Overall, the attention to detail was outstanding.

Service is top-notch at EBO. I had issues with the previous hotel and they helped me contact them. I was gifted a box of biscuits when they found out I was looking to buy but couldn't find them in the shops. Special shout out to Xiao Lu and her team at the front desk. Attentive and warm reception from the staff. A big lounge is available next time the reception area. There's billiards and ping pong table, also lounging areas and a nice landscaped balcony. Really made our stay memorable.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from West Lake's Broken Bridge. The hotel ambiance is lovely, truly living up to its five-star rating. The breakfast spread was extensive, even featuring Thai-style omelets. If there was one minor point, the bathroom light switch was a bit of a reach, which was a little inconvenient late at night.
