I had a wonderful stay here! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around the city super easy. There are plenty of great eating spots nearby, from quick bites to cozy cafes and restaurants. I also loved that most major attractions weren't too far away. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Excellent location next to the station and subway, clean, reasonably quiet at night… lights can be annoying if you are upstairs and the movie projector was super blurry…. Bad smell in the bathroom

Pretty new unit, clean and with good daylight. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the Hangzhou East Station, which is also connected to the subway station. There are many dining options available within walks from the apartment building. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It was one of the best stays I have ever been to. It is closest to railway station and all the amenities are near by. All the attractions are nearby. The rooms are equipped with every basic need and it feels like the rooms are just a perfect stay you can ask for. I would surely visit the next time I am here. Must visit place.

The location was tricky we had a hard time finding the hotel as we arrived a but late and there wasn’t any good instructions on the app or anything, but the property was quite good .

I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you are a foreigner. First, there was no place to check in and the booking only had a phone number. After a long day, we were wandering around confused, until I called. We were then instructed to go to a place that had no signage and was in a building that looked like peoples’ apartments. Then all communication was over WeChat. They asked for a 100 yuan deposit over WeChat, plus a list of “extras” they would charge for, like a 50 yuan charge for cooking or having extra trash. We didn’t cook, but why provide a stove and charge people to cook on it? They nickel and dime you. Plus there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom or kitchen which was irritating. The room itself was decent though and the loft is nice. However, the beds weren’t too comfortable, and the bathroom had mold. But the location is good and the area had restaurants and Hippo grocery, and was a close walk to the train station.  Overall the whole experience was sketchy and weird.  I’m not even sure it’s a real hotel, it felt more like a non-hosted AirBnb, but with worse amenities. I speak Chinese, but if you are a foreigner, you would be confused and unhappy.

The house is clean and tidy. I am having a comfort stay. The managemebt are friendly.

Apartment is near HangZhou East railway and a metro. It is link direct to mall which connect to Metro. Nearby got a lot of food eateries. Can’t go hungry. Walking distance to Hypermarket. Convenient store is just opposite the block 8 which I stay. This area quite central which I can get to the places of interest in 1/2 hour. Room is nice. High ceiling. Bed and TV on loft. I got a room with dinning table and a couch. Comfortable when back from sightseeing. Heater, towel and amenities all provided. Have washing machine but without dryer. If to have microwave. Then will be perfect.

The location was strategic near Hangzhou East Railway Station exit to East Square and you can look for Hongtai Road sign approx 10 min walk.. There is The Mix C mall near the building so easy to find food and shopping.. The room big enough for family of 4.. the cleanliness was good.. The owner was excellent and helpfull.. recommend to stay at Hangzhou.. Please add we chat number of the owner in booking form so you can have a conversation with her before checking in because there was no lobby and reception..

Location is a plus given Hangzhou East Railway is just next to the complex and the host is very attentive and kind. I wish the room is cleaner with no cigarette residual and smoking odor.

Poor quality but cheap

It is very convenient to the East Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Hangzhou East Station. There are many restaurants downstairs, including a wide selection of barbecue and Thai food. The quilt is soft and comfortable, there are plenty of paper towels, and there is also a refrigerator and washing machine, which is very convenient. The room is also cleaned very well. I will continue to patronize it next time I come.
