The hotel service and facilities are basically impeccable. The only small drawback is that the hotel does not have a kitchen. The breakfast has to be delivered from the Xinxin Hotel next door. The process is a bit slow and it is already cold.

I came to Qiushui Villa because of its reputation. The location is right by the West Lake. You can see the West Lake when you open the window. When you come to Hangzhou, you naturally have to stay by the West Lake. This is the most satisfactory hotel that has appeared by the West Lake in recent years. The second is its facilities and equipment. As a high-end hotel, the hardware is impeccable. The most important thing is their service. I think it is very heartwarming and considerate. We were given very meticulous care throughout the whole process. In the words of the housekeeper, it is like returning to another home by the West Lake. Their spa is very unique and private. The therapist went to the guest room to help with the spa and fell asleep directly! So comfortable! Then there is a large indoor golf course! ! It really suits me! Will come again!
