酒店周邊環境清幽雅緻，移步易景，設計精巧，整體感覺小而美。服務響應非常及時高效，讓人很省心。提兩個小建議：希望早餐種類能更豐富些，另外電源開關如果能升級為智能控制相信會進一步的提升客人的入住體驗。總體來説，推薦入住！

酒店真的很美 房間超級漂亮
有點一般般感覺他們都有點太急了有點冷冰冰的：還沒到時間給我打電話催我退房，點了個五十多的咖啡我覺得有點太甜了想要多一點咖啡液讓我再加18…希望改進下，別浪費這麼好的房間
餐廳不好吃 環境也一般 有點暗也沒什麼景色

城中度假的首選，個人覺得環境設計、建築風情和室內空間佈置都強過安曼。雖然酒店規模不大，但是總體很有京都的感覺，綠色環繞、移步易景。去住的那天杭州暴熱，行高鐵出來到酒店已經熱爆炸了，一進酒店前廳就涼爽許多，check in也非常快速，一杯涼的冰梅子茶喝完就領我去房間了。經過書吧、廊架、泳池，在隱祕的樓梯直達蘭墅，這點很滿意，其他房間包括樓下客人進出不會影響我。
房間佈置優雅而且格調有細節，每一處用的水杯不同，香薰、植物擺放講究，尤其布藝的沙發、地毯、白椅子套非常乾淨，這點很佩服。
最好的景緻在陽台，一伸手就能碰到大樹上的翠綠葉子，光網上、下午都非常好，不得不佩服設計功底。公共區的餐廳周圍也很漂亮，綉球和高低錯落的樹木搭配得挺好，衹住了一晚錯過了早餐，前台和夜晚值班的工作人員響應很迅速。下次還會來的，把其他房型都住一遍！
