15 mins walk from the train station. Easy to find. The hotel occupies the entire 5th floor of the building. Just that it is separated I to A, B and C.zones and can be a bit confusing to reach your room. Otherwise it's a great stay.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Room is cosy yet spacious enough to put a couple of big luggages. Room is clean and comfortable. Room have universal charging plug so you don’t need a china plug converter. The basin is separated from the toilet/bath area so 2 person can wash up at the same time. It is only 5 mins walk to the main attraction in hangzhou, the west lake. The soundproofing might be needing a little work but overall it is a great stay. I would highly recommend it.

The room is clean and nice, they have washing machine and dryer too. The location is very near to West Lake and surrounded by shop lots too.

Very clean hotel, good service, walking distance to West Lake. Convenient location and good breakfast. Modern facilities. Only the check in process was quite long.

The elderly in my family loves this hotel. It looked beautiful to them. The location of this hotel is only 5 minutes waling distance from east side of Xihu (West Lake). The room is spacious. They have 3 single beds room. Cool thing about this hotel is they have wireless charging and their charging spot is universal. Not only China plug.

Overall are good, near to west lake, walking distance 500m ~ 15mins, same for the distance to metro ding-an station

Great experiences as the hotel is clean and its location are strategic. Walking distance within 10mins to xihu attractions and also famous shopping Center of in77.

Convenient location within walking distance to a big shopping mall and train station. The hotel is on level 5 of Yongjin Plaza - check in counter on level 1 and 5. The building also has a spa for relaxation (free mini buffet dinner from 5:30pm - 8pm) and there’s a Haidilao on the same level as the hotel.

My experience of staying at this hotel was quite good, the location was strategic because it was close to the In77 shopping center, the service was also quite good but the check-in process was a bit long. Apart from that, the room is very comfortable even though it is not too big.

A new smart hotel with senior lighting and some remote functions. Room is clean and big, with slippers and toiletries provided. There’s not too much things around the hotel although there is a big shopping mall within a walking distance and a MacDonalds nearby. Calling a taxi could be a bit challenging due to unclear drop off/ pick up point. Overall, very worthy for the price of the room.

This hotel is just a few mins walk to 西湖. All the staff are friendly and helpful, particularly xiao zhu.小朱who deserves a big thumbs up for helping us in every way he could regarding our issues with a passport.He is competent, responsible, and confident. He is definitely an asset to the hotel management. We truly appreciate him! A multi-tasker, he ensures thst all his guests are given the attention they well deserve, ensuring that all the hotel's guests' needs are met at the front task.
