We stay during our visit to catch up with my daughter. And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free❤️. Hotel room was nice and cosy. The fridge area could be cleaned up more often. The view is nice with sun rising behind the buildings facing the hotel.

This hotel located around 15-20 minutes walk from Perth train station. Can buy Day rider pass from train station on weekdays and Family rider on weekends only which is more value as it is for 2 person for the price of 1 and usable on all train, bus and even trans Perth ferry to Mends street from Elizabeth Quay. Hotel is walkable from train station and most of the attractions is nearby the hotel. Hotel is clean with simple breakfast. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Even though fully paid, hotel still required your credit card for check-in. While the breakfast is more or less the same for the 4 days I stayed, the set dinner at A$22 is value for money though.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Perth on Hay, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! ✨ The Stay: From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality was top-notch, always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the city. 🍽️ The Breakfast: Hands down, one of the best parts of my stay! The buffet was well-stocked with fresh and delicious options, from warm pastries to a hearty selection of hot dishes. Plus, the coffee was fantastic—exactly what I needed to kickstart my day! My first impression hotel floor is dirty. Not much choices of food in the cafe. But the staff is friendly. My rooms heater not functioning well, its take long time to repair.

It's in the city center but far away from the noise,the service is very good,I recommend this place as a good choice when you visit Perth

The place is quite a distance from the airport side yet still manageable to reach the area, is self check in system is easy to do it too

3rd stay here over last 6 or so months. I don't know, but it seems a bit less attractive to stay here now. The room is essentially minimalist but perfectly acceptable. Room was very noisy on level one next to an equipment room, but the rate I paid was good so I have no complaints on that. The really big issue was the clearly misleading marketing in the lifts. It advertised a breakfast deal for $20, but when I rang to book breakfast the receptionist had to check with someone and recieved a short reply "you have buy for every night of your stay". ie 5 breakfasts. The really great thing about this hotel is breakfast and more from 6am at the Dome, a west Australian cafe chain out the front two right turns, next corner. Unsure if I'll return to this hotel. For me now it's in thumbs down territory, primarily for the deception where it matters muchly, the stomach ransomed to the pocket.

Convenient location in Perth City. Room was generally comfortable and clean, except for the bathtub which had some yellow stains on the floor. Reception was friendly and helpful with the luggage storage after check-out.
