The place is clean. Location is about 10-15 mins walk from station. There are about 5 steps to climb even though there is a small lift, reach to every level. The view is nice.

The floor is very dirty like never be cleaned before. The balcony’s door can’t be locked and the staff isn’t very helpful. They think it’s not a problem and don’t want to fix this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel has a great location and is easy to find, but what really stood out was the service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — especially Xavier, who went out of his way to assist us. We truly appreciated the kindness and flexibility shown during our stay. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

A few minutes walk from the train station. Lovely hotel room with balcony view into the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent location, 5-10min walk from the train station. Near to both Coop and Migros. Room was cosy and clean but mattress/bed will need upgrading. It's too soft and will sink in when sleep on. Check in counter is in another hotel a few steps away. Will be great if guests can be informed prior. There's a small lift in the hotel, good for those with heavy luggages!

Alpina is a very nice hotel with awesome location and facility, also the staffs there are friendly, highly recommend to stay here in Zermatt!

Hotel looks very nice, rooms are very nice and cozy, but they seem to be bad in maintenance, the elevator was not working for long time we had to carry our bags to 3rd floor, stairs smell very bad because of shared bathrooms, one of the two rooms we had also smelled very bad. Reception and services in another building (sister hotel) they don’t provide kettles or hot water for drinks, you have to get it from the main hotel.

I wish I was writing a glowing review for this hotel but I simply cannot as I find it inexcusable that in this day and age there was no complimentary tea/Coffee or even a kettle in the room. Secondly the breakfast was an absolute joke. Boiled eggs and slices of meat with cold bread. Utterly diaspoointing for the cost. The room itself was good and warm but had paper thin walls. I could hear every conversation in the other room and the snoring guests at night. Won't be staying again.

The room is not comes with kettle and the location is quite far from the station. Not so friendly for travellers with big luggage. The breakfast was good. The room is quite old and a bit smelly. However, the balcony is good and the view is nice. Overall is average.

It is quite near to the Zermatt station, walking distance around 5 minutes. You have to check in at another building which opposite to the hotel.

The hotel is located off the main street within 10 minutes walk from the train station. The size of a double room is appropriate and there is even a small balcony. It will be relaxing to sit there in the warm weather but it's snowing all the time during our stay at Zermatt. There is an elevator to all floors but need to walk up or down 7 steps to your room.
