The front desk reception, housekeeper service, and restaurant service are all very friendly. I really feel at home. Especially housekeeper Xiao Liu is really super nice. We already use this hotel to spend the last evening before departure to next location. A wie nice shops and restaurants in the surrounding. Sometimes if you’re lucky you’ll get an upgrade.

酒店服務前段時間因為工作出差杭州，入住了杭州大會展中心假日酒店，這段住宿經歷讓我特別滿意，一定要分享給大家。 剛到酒店門口，禮賓小哥就注意到我拖着行李，快步上前，穩穩接過行李，還特別熱情地跟我介紹酒店附近的好去處，一路把我送到前台。前台辦理入住的速度也很快，工作人員操作熟練，流程簡潔高效，沒幾分鐘就幫我辦好了，還貼心地告訴我早餐時間和酒店的一些服務細節，讓我心裏暖乎乎的。 酒店的地理位置絕佳，出門走幾步就能看到地鐵站，坐幾站就能直達西湖等熱門景點，打車去周邊的商圈也很便捷，不管是出行還是辦事都特別方便。 房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我睡得格外香甜。這次入住體驗真的很棒，下次來杭州，我肯定還選這兒！
