The hotel is very nice, and the services in all aspects are meticulous and thoughtful. It is suitable for staying in. The environment is particularly good, which is a complete plus. Thumbs up. I would like to especially praise the thoughtful service of Butler Xiao Li. He also provides us with iced mung bean soup every night when we return to the hotel. It's awesome!

The dishes cooked by Auntie are very delicious, because I eat vegetarian food, and the vegetarian dishes cooked by Auntie are delicious until I come back to eat on the last day hahaha... Breakfast also specially cooked vegetarian noodles for me. It has been breakfast time. The room is very clean and feels new. Parking is very convenient. There is an independent underground parking lot. The service is very considerate and free fruits are provided. The transportation is convenient. I will stay here again next time.

I am from Jilin, Northeast China. My wife and I drove the children and my father-in-law to Hangzhou to travel. When we were in Hangzhou, the elderly suddenly had a disease and urgently sent it to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College (Zhijiang Hospital District) for treatment. My wife was in charge of my father-in-law's hospital in-patient examination. Treatment, I led my elderly mother-in-law (slight dementia) and children, when thinking about how to solve the problem of accommodation, I found that Hangzhou Shengwei International Hotel is near the hospital, we are very convenient to take care of each other, so I came to this hotel, Because it was noon and the time to check in, I was anxious to talk to a beautiful staff member wearing glasses and politeness. She immediately arranged the room for me. It really helped me solve a big practical problem, otherwise the elderly and children would have nowhere to put them. I couldn’t go to the hospital in time to help my wife see a doctor for the elderly. Later, I saw the job number and learned that this beautiful woman’s name was Xiao Wang. Another handsome staff member who helped was Xiao Jiang. In the next few days, they and the hotel staff gave me a lot of meticulous help. The hotel has such good employees, it will definitely be more prosperous and full of guests. In the future, I wish the beautiful Xiao Wang career like a bright star, more and more shining, happy every day, and everything you want will come true. Meeting you in Hangzhou is a blessing in my life! Forgot to introduce the hotel to everyone, the hotel room is super clean! fully equipped! Facilities: quite complete, feels good Hygiene: the room is clean and spotless Environment: the hotel is close to the mountain, you can see the mountain view when you open the window, the overall environment gives people a very comfortable feeling Service: the service staff were very enthusiastic when I checked in, especially Xiao Gao, who gave my child a small gift, which was very unexpected. The overall service was also very professional and patient

I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

The service staff are friendly, especially the guy at the door😊 Life is convenient, and the kitchen and washing machine equipment in the room are a plus. McDonald's and KFC convenience stores around the hotel are all within a short walk. The distance to the West Lake or the scenic spots around the Grand Canal is moderate by taxi.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.
