Atour Hotels in Hangzhou

Really great location. Just a short walk from Fengqi metro station, wu ling night market and west lake. I changed my hotel on my last day in hangzhou to Atour as the hotel is good and I can leave my luggage here while I go to Wuzhen for 1 night. I booked executive 2 beds room, same size as standard 2 beds but with a small mini bar (drinks inside are free) + a weighing scale. I love the shampoo n conditioner prepared. There are free porridge as supper for hotel guest after 9.30pm. Majority of the staff are friendly, they u give u extra bottled water every morning when we were going out.

From airport to/from hotel, catch Line 19 Airport Express to West Lake Cultural Square. We caught the 1st train to the airport at 5:59am, it came right on the dot and took 29 mins. Super efficient and cost just CNY$7. Line 1 all stops train costs the same and would take much longer.. Exit C is closest to the hotel. Take the escalators at Exit C, go up to street level, continue walking straight on until 2nd set of lights, turn and look across the road to a brown building, Atour Hotel name is clearly marked right top. We stayed 9 nights here. Best highlights include close location to Metro Line 1 and Line 19 Airport Express; free laundry service by the wonderful team on the 4th floor; friendly team at reception. One night there was a terrible cigarette smell in the corridor, we called and the next day afternoon the smell was almost gone (though we needn't have to do this in the first place since the rooms are meant to be non-smoking!). Room we got was real small, not sure if they gave us a lower grade room in a quieter area away from the main road or ? There was not even space for 1 suitcase and certainly no luggage bench!! There's a vegetarian gem of a buffet restaurant across the road hidden at the corner of the West Lake Cultural Square shopping mall, CNY$36 if someone handed you a coupon or CNY$39 without. See name of restaurant on photo, great variety of food. Had a wonderful time 16 nights in Hangzhou and the Asian Games. Thank you Hangzhou 🙏

Check in was a little complicated as I think they thought we had just arrived in China! Once this was cleared up we shown to our room. Unfortunately our first room smelt smoky and we were quickly allocated another room and presented with a complimentary fruit box. We enjoyed our stay very, the room had all we needed. On leaving we were presented with a gift for national holiday weekend 🙂

The front staff n supervisor were so courteous and helpful to get us checked in. Drink n tea were served to us. Breakfasts were complimentary. Breakfast has a wide spread of local dishes with few breads n cakes. Transport is convenient to get taxi n DiDi. Room is very spacious and clean. Just before check out , the front staff helped us to buy some medical supplies for urgent use, using her own personal phone. Very caring to our needs 😍.

The hotel is conveniently located near the West Lake (about a 15-minute walk) and not far from the famous walking street. Although the staff doesn't speak English, they are very helpful and try their best to communicate. The breakfast is delicious and diverse (48 yuan per person). There are many convenience stores, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby. The highlight of the hotel is its beautiful interior design and high-quality amenities, comparable to a 5-star hotel but at an affordable price. However, the light control panel in the room can be a bit tricky to use. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Thank you very much to the hotel staff, because it was my first time to travel to China, I only knew a little Chinese, wanted to order takeout in the evening, but the payment software on the Internet had no money, so I couldn't order takeout. Only visa card and cash, asked the hotel staff to help me order takeout, thank you very much! At the same time, I asked if I could exchange cash for Alipay, because it is very convenient to scan the code online in China, and I can also buy food online, but it is very inconvenient to only have cash. A staff member helped me exchange cash for alipay, which solved my troubles. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful and the stay is very comfortable. I will choose it next time!

The feedback problem can be solved in time. The experience is very good, the hotel is fully equipped, the room pillow is very good to sleep, the shower gel is very comfortable, the breakfast handmade small is very nice, the room is very clean, the front desk service is very good, the service staff are very warm, like 👍

Good customer service and good location for airport travelers. There’s a little shopping mall near the hotel. So it’s convenient.

I have stayed here before and never forgot it. This time I went to Hangzhou and chose it as my first choice. I stayed here again. It was as good as before. I was very satisfied with the hygiene, service and food. It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is very close to Qiantang River and can be reached on foot.
