If you are not looking for a high end 5 star, it would meet your expectations. The F&B is not promising tbh, but the beach and the view takes it all

Thank you very much to the whole team, I really enjoyed it, a big thank you to Abir and Simon for your company, the day of entertainment at the pool with good music and dancing, frankly it's great and the location of the hotel with a beautiful sea view and we finished with a good evening in the lounge by the pool, music at full blast with DJ Abir and Simon in dance mode, thank you very much again, I really enjoyed it, see you soon ❤️❤️

Old hotel with poor maintenance. Location ok, nice beach in front. At the reception I found a not very welcoming lady, who looked me up and down. The receptionist who checked me in didn't explain anything to me about the meals, the pool or the beach. I had to ask for every single thing. The waiters are friendly. The only strong point is that they have a large buffet and you can find it even at dawn if you have a very early flight. Overall I don't feel like recommending it so highly, here.

We had a great time. The beach is very clean. And the breakfast is varied.

It has its own beach, many recreational facilities, and the price includes two meals. It is a pure resort hotel. There are several swimming pools and you can swim at the beach. It is very good to bring children here.

The kitchen buffet is crap

The overall structure is really good but this hotel still needs to finish being brought back to four star level.

It was quite a nice hotel with a nice location.

Second time in this hotel and always pleasant stay. A warm welcome from Madame Dorsaf and the reception staff. All the staff are there to listen to you, from the chambermaids to the restaurant waiters and the entertainers. A room with a superb view of the sea and the swimming pool. Chef Saber in the kitchen always ready to satisfy you, he knew how to prepare a meal for 12 people at the last moment in order to have an evening with friends met during the stay at the hotel. Without forgetting the possibility of accessing the thalasso of the second hotel and these 3 swimming pools, the aquatonic of which has sea water. that we will return a third time.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I am really disappointed with my trip here. We will start point by point. When I arrived at the hotel at 3 p.m., the room was not ready, I had to wait 1 hour in the lobby + additional confusion between an employee and another hotel guest. Hotel in a state not possible not to believe in the images taken by themselves. Elevator in a pitiful state, the ground was broken (see image 1). Arrived on the first floor, the floor was dirty, never seen in my life in a hotel (see image 2/3/4/5/6). Arrived in the room, big surprise or not, the doors were yellowed (see image 7), dirty closet (see image 8), broken bed (see image 9), floor with stains (see image 10), bedroom curtains torn and not clean at all (see image 11). I also notice that the safe does not work I had to wait 2 days for a maintenance intervention and a big water leak in the bathroom which was reported but still not repaired during my entire stay (1 week anyway) . Arrived on the terrace of my room, to my surprise I had paid for a sea view and I had rather a view of the trees (image 12), and the floor of my terrace not maintained (image 13). Let's talk about food, tasteless dishes despite the large choice, even the pasta tasted terrible, I lost weight thanks to you, really disappointed. Regarding the excursions of the sales people who come to the hotel, I did the quad and the camel ride, also disappointed we were taken around the city with a waste collection center as a view, really a shame. I don't recommend it at all, but the people who do the walk are nice. Otherwise only positive point, the beach is well maintained. Here is the summary of my trip to the azure soil.
