La Stella Ha Long Hotel Reviews

The hotel is very nice overall and we enjoyed our stay! We booked this hotel specifically for the rooftop pool, but when we arrived we were told we couldn’t use the pool, which ******. On the trip.com app it also states that you can book breakfast at an extra fee, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were also told we can’t have breakfast there without any reason.

I've stayed here before, and honestly, I couldn't fault it. The hotel is halfway up the mountain, with a pool and tea bar on the rooftop, offering unobstructed sea views. Now, you can't even get up to the rooftop, which is a shame. The worst part is that the hotel has replaced the quilt with a duvet cover. When I asked the front desk, they said there were no quilts available. Waking up cold in the early morning on a rainy day was terrible.

普通的經濟型酒店，各方面都正常，很乾淨，不過看酒店的介紹樓頂有無邊泳池，但實際上暫停了。這點有點失望。
