"Nice place and Friendly staff"

"Absolutely great stay, everything was perfect. Breakfast was excellent with great choices. Reception were very helpful despite us booking really last minute."

"This hotel is just a few minutes' drive from Munich Airport and has a large parking lot. However, there are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance. It's best suited for travelers who plan to rent a car to explore Munich or for those on a layover."

"Very good location close to the airport but very quiet"

"The price-quality ratio is good."

"This was a good value hotel for a pre flight stopover. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and room quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good value for the price. Would stay again if flying from Munich."

"The location is quite good, very suitable for a layover stay. It's about a fifteen-minute drive to the airport. The room was clean and tidy, typical of a German-style express hotel. The space is quite small; once you open your luggage, there's not much room to move around."

"Very disappointing experience – extremely unprofessional breakfast service Unfortunately, our experience at breakfast this morning was extremely disappointing. I came downstairs with my baby for breakfast and noticed that almost all of the glass tables by the windows were still covered with dirty plates and dishes left by previous guests. I politely asked the waitress, whose name I believe was Marien, if she could please clear and clean one of the tables by the window, as I wanted to sit there with my baby. Instead of helping, she dismissively told me, “You can sit over there by the wall,” in a very unpleasant tone. I explained that I preferred to sit by the window, where there were empty tables that simply needed to be cleared. Her attitude became even more unfriendly. When I then asked for a high chair for my baby, she merely pointed at it and said, “You can take one from there.” This was particularly disappointing given that I was alone with a small child. I eventually walked away, frustrated, and headed back toward my room. Only then did she call after me asking if I wanted her to bring me the chair. By that point, the way I had been treated had already left a very bad impression. What made the experience even worse was that after I returned to my table, I noticed the staff looking in my direction and talking among themselves. Whether or not they were discussing me, it certainly made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A hotel’s breakfast service is one of the simplest opportunities to make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately this was the complete opposite. The hotel itself feels rather dated, but what was most disappointing was the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the staff. I sincerely hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously. Guests should be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect regardless of their nationality. Professionalism and hospitality should be the standard for everyone."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. It is a shame we have to pay the shutle to the airport."
