Environment: The environment is okay, but transportation is not convenient. There is only the J line at the entrance, which has few buses and is expensive. The regular tourist passes purchased for sightseeing are not valid.
Service: It is listed as having a Chinese-speaking front desk, but there isn't one.
Overall, the hotel is average. The value for money isn't very good. It usually costs a few hundred yuan, but I paid six times that much. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, or transportation nearby.

The private bath was really nice and relaxing. Staff was exceptionally friendly.
Location is convenient, its in the middle of the region and is located near a bus stop and cable car. We had no problem getting to and from hotel using public transport.

The private open-air bath was very clean and nice.
The service was also good, and the staff were always smiling, which made me feel very comfortable.
I will definitely use this facility again when I visit Hakone.

The staff was very friendly and the amenities included use of the onsen for one hour was great as it was included within the price. The room was clean peaceful and had a nice Japanese vibe. Unfortunately, the room is not en suite.
I would say the location wasn’t great as you should note it isn’t actually in the main area of Hakone but rather by the lake where you take the boat ride. You also have to walk up a hill to get there.

The hotel is very cozy. There are many dolls and sofas in the public area for leisure. The tatami room is clean and comfortable. The private bath can be reserved by time period and room. It is very comfortable. I will come again next time!

It would be nice if the open-air bath could be used a little later.
If there are spaces available, I would like to use it not just once but twice.

Out of the way, lucky I am driving. The couple Onsen is not really private but is a "book" system and is outside main building, limited to 50 mins time slot. There is no private bathroom but shared bathroom. The only good point is what other travellers mentioned the young and helpful front desk from all over the world, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Indonesia etc. Not worth the 120S$ I paid via trip.com
