So far the hotel service is good. Clean and comfortable room. But only the aircond does not function cold... because they are connected with public aircon control? But at least the staff gave me a stand fan...so... everything is good. Location nice. Breakfast is nice too . Staff friendly.

I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

Right outside nan guan xiang, perfect location if you would like to visit the tourist spot in midnight or morning. Have food stall right outside and clothing shop, can do some shopping if required Nice mattresses and huge room

The room is close to Nanxiang Ancient Street. It's good to go shopping on the ancient street. The street is finished quickly. The hotel service is good. If you have any questions, call the front desk and someone will be sent to check quickly. The response speed is still very fast. I hope that the room hygiene can be improved in the future. There are several small restaurants next to the hotel. It seems that the restaurant environment is not very good. The location of the hotel is good. It would be better if the air conditioner is quieter and the sound insulation is better. At this price range, Atour is quite cheap. I don’t know if I went there at the wrong time, but the nearby scenic spots seemed to be closed.

The room is nice and the breakfast is pretty good. Overall it's OK. It's very close to Nanguanxiang Street. You can go for a walk after dinner in the evening. What I experienced at Atour is that the breakfast is actually quite good.
