Fengyu international apartment (Shantou Mixc Exhibition Center store) Reviews

Check in counter located on the 15th floor of the building. No signboard of apartment on the ground floor. Have to verify with the management personnel to get in the building. However, checking in and out was smooth and swift. The studio was clean and spacous equipped with washing machine cum dryer. The location is superb as it is just next to the Mixc shopping mall and there are lots of eateries around.

Great location, easily access to shop,dine,and wine. Would appreciate Bidet(bum spray) to be installed. Sound proofing is decent , provides washing machine but not ample cloth hangers. Security and safety are reasonably sound. Outside of the compound availability of street vendors, they decently taste as different from each tastebuds. For starters, the best place is to pinpoint the drivers MixC shopping center, It's hard to go wrong on that . WIFI SPEED GOOD 👍

Our overall experience was very positive—the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant and welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize the young lady who was on duty at the reception on the night of 25 October 2024. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we had a memorable experience with her assistance. It was around 10:30 pm when my wife and I encountered difficulties connecting to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Despite the late hour, she showed remarkable patience and kindness, helping us resolve the issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication and customer-focused attitude made a significant difference in our stay, and we felt genuinely valued as guests because of her professionalism and attentiveness. Employees like her truly enhance the reputation of your establishment, and I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. One of the best locations in Shantou. I am so happy to stay here with my family. It was a great experience and rooms were very clean and good service.

I had an amazing stay here and It's right in the city center. The price is super affordable considering its prime location. The rooms are great, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

Booked 2 rooms but 1 room doesn't provide toothbrush and no TV console. Other than these 2 room are big and clean.

Perfect location next to a huge mall and surrounding area have a few other malls and lots lots of eateries. You will never run out of choice for food. RMB11 didi ride to Huaqiao Xinchun pedestrian street and RMB20 ride to Xiaogongyuan. Apartment has aircon (hot and cold), water heater for shower, queen size bed, 2 seater sofa and tv + tv box for movies . Have daily housekeeping.

Service is good. Service crews are helpful. Some dust at sofa need to be cleaned, may be because the room is big for cleaning become a bit tough. Overall is perfect. Thanks for the hospitality. Will stay in this apartment again.
