Second visit. Always a pleasure, staff lovely, and the water pressure's amazing in the shower. Dishwasher's great to have in the apartment.

It is easy access to newmarket for food by bus where the bus stop is about 400m away. The hotel is clean and I enjoy my stay here. It comes with a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer.

The hotel is absolutely recommended. The rooms are clean, with enough space and well equipped. The location is also highly recommended. It's just 3 minutes to the bus stop. The service was okay but could be improved. Towards the evening there is no one left at the reception. Room cleaning takes place daily. I would like to come again.
