nice hotel on the hill near lakehill farm and 13-15mins drive to lake toya. room was huge and satisfactory. highly recommended for stopover at lake toya and those who prefers to have view of lake toya. was lucky to see beautiful mist/fog from far. beautiful view.

I love the rooms for my family to stay in. Huge spacious rooms with great scenery view from the windows. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel if I visit Lake Toyo again.

Laundry service is bad. The dryer can’t even dry little clothing in 1 hour. No water provide in the room.

The view from the room is superb. The hotel does not serve breakfast. Only accommodation.

Cocoa is quite centrally located, and driving is recommended. Although there is no public bath, our bathroom has a jacuzzi, and bath salt is provided. I really enjoyed the relaxing soak after driving the whole day. There are no meals on site, but there are vending machines that sell pre-packed food and drinks. There is a lounge area on the 2nd floor offering coffee, hot water, microwave, and seating. The room and bathroom windows offer views of Lake Toya. You can see the sunrise and the entire lake covered by low clouds in the morning. So beautiful! The laundry room has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. The dryer was so filthy that I had to get rid of the thick layer of lint in the filter, which was full, before using the machine.

Very clean and value for money. Just a distance to the town, if you have low budget, it is a good choice.

Great views. Facing the lake Big huge bathroom w good views. Spacious rooms. Nice appointments in the room. Has a Big pantry w coffee and tea for consumption. But MUST REMOVE SHOES upon entering the hotel. Heel is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND NICE but almost zero service. A bit far from town. If you have a car, it’s ok.

Beautiful hotel on a hill top with a view of Lake Toya. Can see the fireworks at night as well.

Affordable price and spacious room. Comes with huge bathtub and nice view looking out from the room. Free parking onsite and comfortable bed is a plus point. The downside is located further in the town and you will need a car to reach lake toya town. You will also need to carry luggage up n down the stairs as there is no lift facility.
