We had a great time staying in this hotel the room is clean and nice , the windows are big has nice snow view, the heating is very warm, especially the service is very good. We went to Xuexiang ski field, the staff took us there . All the staff are really enthusiastic we really enjoyed staying here stay. It is highly recommended this 雪中雪

We had a very hard time here. Location was almost at the end of snow town, which requires one to walk with luggage in the bitter cold for 15 minutes or more. Even though the room was nice, the sound proofing is very poor and the staff is drinking tea and smoking in the lobby and all the cigarette smoke and smell gets in the room. We barely slept due to the intense cigarette smoke throughout the whole night. Also, the toilet leaked when flushed and we let the staff know. They went to the room to "fix" but nothing was fixed and water leakage was left as it was. Included breakfast was very poor... for this price only some bland steamed buns and boiled eggs were provided. The coffee machine was nlt working, and the staff was told but they never were the least interested in fixing it, staff just sat smoking and drinking tea. We asked for cups and not even cuos were made available. Absolutely disastrous experience due to terrible staff.

The room was overall superb, sadly I had to rate the cleanliness low due to the bad and smelly ventilation in the toilet and bathroom, even if I turn on the exhaust it’s really smelly (even before using). Overall loved it with the more secluded area and have my own view of the snowy forest. Staff was definitely friendly, breakfast was alright, beware of bringing overly heavy luggage as there’s no lift, however staff would actually help carry luggage up.

Get off the car at the entrance. The accommodation is in an alley on the right. Walk to the end of the alley. It’s not hard to find, but the service isn’t very good. It seems more suitable for Chinese people, not really for foreigners. When asking for help or inquiring about anything, it seems like they don’t want to talk or give advice, even though we can speak Chinese. We chose a room for 4 people, but only got 2 bottles of water and 2 large and 2 small towels. When we went to ask for more, they said that the room we booked was for 2 people. But when checking in, they didn’t inform us or tell us anything more. We looked at the details before booking. The details clearly stated a room for 4 people, choosing 4 breakfasts for 4 adults, not specifying children. We traveled with 4 adults. Other places have booked both 2-person and 4-person rooms, which are normal, giving water and towels according to the number of people. I didn’t see it like this at all. I admit that the facilities are quite good, but overall it’s not okay. The bathroom does have separate wet and dry zones, but the shower room is very small and there’s no place to hang clothes. P.S. If you don’t want to accept foreigners, please specify or close the booking for foreigners so that we can serve only Chinese people. Thank you.

The hotel's environmental sanitation facilities are very good, after all, it is newly opened, but the tickets for Dream Home and the gallery Da**zi Mountain recommended by the hotel are not worth it. The photo spots provided by Dream Home are nice but the two-person tour is not interesting. Tickets for the gallery and Da**zi Mountain cost 380 per person. I saw a lot of them on Xiaohongshu and bought them for more than 200... Recommended hotel, but I think the tours are not worth it.
