We stayed there for 2 nights and there was no cleaning service. The trash bins were not emptied. On the 2nd day we had to go to the receptionist to get bottled water and toilet paper ourselves. The bathroom was old. The toilet seat was cold. The room was cold, they said the floor had a heater but it was cold. The bed had a heater and it was hot. The bed was hard and the mattress was thin, so if you have back pain, it is better not to choose this type of accommodation. The staff did not offer carpooling and did not recommend any places to go because it was off season. So we had to do our own homework.

Accommodation in Xuexiang is generally expensive, but the price of Xueyun Pavilion is reasonable and acceptable to everyone. Our room is very large and can accommodate almost 4 people. My son and I share a large kang room, which is very large and comfortable. The point is that I want to thank Manager Pang Huawei in particular. My son accidentally dropped his phone watch in Xuexiang. It was Manager Pang who helped to find it and immediately arranged for SF Express to send it home! The service is excellent!
