Nof Hotel
"We booked here after it was announced that it had been renovated and that couldn’t be further from the truth. The furniture from the lobby is clearly from the 70’s and filthy, the room furniture and look is outdated, and one elevator was out of order. The one thing this hotel has going for it is its location in the heart of the Louis Promenade with gorgeous ocean views. We arrived at the hotel a half hour before check in and ours, the studio room, was the only one not ready. (The studio was huge and had windows on both sides.) The dinner was edible but not wow. Breakfast was better with a selection of cheeses, eggs, pasta, salad and more. Honestly, we decided not to shower because everything was just so old looking and we’d prefer to shower at home. The audacity of it all, is that the hotel charges 45NIS to park in their lot. That said, you can find metered parking on Yefe Nof and Nassi Street. This hotel has the potential to become a budget-friendly hotel that’s decent. It has good bones but needs a total overhaul. Everything from the unmaintained parquet to the furniture needs to be redone."
Al Yakhour Hostel
"A perfect blend of character, comfort, and unmatched hospitality. Staying at Al Yakhour Hostel was a wonderful experience. The historic building has so much character, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. It’s clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. I want to send a very special thank you to Tamer, the owner. Tamer's dedication to his guests is incredibly rare. He is kind, deeply knowledgeable about the area, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone has the best possible time in Haifa. Thank you, Tamer, for everything—I will definitely be recommending Al Yakhour to any traveler heading your way!"
Carmella Spa & Boutique Hotel
"We had a fantastic stay at the Carmella in July of 2022. The place is incredibly clean and the rooms were big and comfortable and incredibly well appointed. The highlight of our stay was the very kind and attentive staff, in particular Polina and Taya, who went out of their way to make sure we had laundry done over the weekend. We'd definitely return!"
Leonardo Plaza Haifa
"We went to the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a great time. The room wax great , nice and clean. We received a lot of goodies from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were great. The location is good if you want to be next to the beach. There are few restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Public transportation is very convenient. Front desk staff very pleasant. Special thanks to Miri Capon! We will definitely be back!"
Eden Hotel
"The owner was very nice and called in advance to ask us when we would arrive! Prepare your room in advance! Turn on the air conditioner in advance! We lost our transportation card, and with the help of the shop owner, we successfully found a place to get a replacement! I am very grateful to have met many helpful people along the way! more blessing!"
DovrInn Boutique ApartHotel DownTown
"Passable!"
1926 Designed ApartHotel
"The landlord is great and the hygiene is very good"
Golden Crown Haifa
"Quite good business hotel, locatednot far from the port of Haifa. Rooms were a bit outdated, but breakfast was very extensive. Location is also good - next to the German colony architectural area and not far from Bahai gardens. Service was OK."
Crowne Plaza HAIFA by IHG
"The rooms are decent with a beautiful view but beware getting in and out of the tall bathtub. I understand they are undergoing renovation in the near future. Parking is available onsite though we parked every night on the street for free. We did not eat at the hotel but there is a coffee/tea station in the room. Everyone who works here is lovely and it's a few minutes walk into the shopping area with restaurant options."

Hotel Botanica- Limited Edition by Fattal
"Nice hotel but has some issues. When I got there, I asked for a quiet room. Instead they gave me a room by the service elevaor over a patio. Further the room had a strange aroma. When I complained they gave me a better room which smelled much better. I heard from someone also travelling solo who had similar experience. The new room was good. The bed very comfortable. Large tv. The shower was miniscule. No place to hang a towel. No water in the room which is a common courtesy. Small selection of coffee and no biscuits or chocolate. No turn down service. Even away from the elevator noise by passerbyers woke me up. But design of the room well done."
La Cappella Business Boutique Hotel
Mila - Boutique Hotel
Domus Bat Galim Hotel
"We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and it was a great base for us. The hotel is less than 100m from the beachfront so if you’re into watersports or beach going, the location is almost unbeatable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are some nice restaurants and bars close by, all well within walking distance."
Maya New Guest House -Panoramic Sea&CityCentre View, Haifa
"Great place, clean and close to everything 8 mints walk far from any destination the owner is very friendly and helpful Enjoyed every moment The neighborhood is quite and friendly The view from the window is also very nice Always ask the owner for anything you want he will help you"
Urbanica Carmel
Diana Hotel
"The place was booked for us as a temporary residency while we got our own apartment in the city. People at Reception are usually OK, having a few exceptions whom should not be dealing with passengers. Reception is usually accommodating when requested to replace towels or provide toilet paper. There is a laundry area with free detergent and reasonable prices for using the machines. On the negative side; rooms are small, cleaning is done once a week; twice at most if you really insist on it. TV does not work, it has no antenna nor cable service. Telephone is only one way to Reception, it does not receive calls nor allows for placing calls, even locally. The worst however is the abundance of cockroaches that plagued my room. They crawled everywhere, even on your table! The Hotel"s personnel are oblivious to the problem, minimizing it and placing the blame on us ("you left your window open", "they fly through the window"). It is worthwhile mentioning that the room was located in the 5th floor (which, in America, would have been the 6th floor). The place is very close to the port, loud noise even at night, surrounded by empty stores and derelict buildings. I would never recommend this Apartment Hotel to anybody."
Dan Carmel Haifa
"We stayed for three nights over the holiday weekend. Everything was perfect and what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was really great. I could list everything, but it was all good. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide some type of evening musical entertainment in the lobby, even a piano player."
Santa Maria Zimmer Bahai Gardens
"I don’t normally write reviews but the Santa Maria Guest House deserves one. In a stunning location the guest house provides very clean, equipped and very comfortable rooms. The owner Marie could not have been any more friendly and helpful than she was. Thank you Marie"
Templers House Boutique Hotel
"Not a typical hotel. Not what we expected. We only spent one night before a cruise. The set up is more like a guest house. It is spread between 2 buildings. Will caution that You must be able to climb stairs with luggage for rooms in the second building. Not certain if there's an elevator. The buildings are old with renovated rooms. Rooms are clean. Hot water works. Slept poorly due to noise and music from the restaurant below, street noise. Hard mattresses. The staff was pleasant so I gave a 3 because of that. Otherwise, I would give a 2. Not a 4 star hotel. Would not stay again. "
