"This is a Hilton family travel hotel. There is a microwave oven, induction cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, tableware, but unfortunately there is no washing machine. The room is relatively large, completely American, and the suite is larger. It is very close to Amherst University. There are many supermarkets around, including a dollar store. There are also good things. There is also a comprehensive shopping mall opposite, eating and watching movies. Very good hotel, the price is too expensive at the peak of the summer vacation, and there is half price in winter."

"We booked the highest priced room and received the lowest priced room. The excuse was: “our policy is that we don’t guarantee the room booked for 3rd party Party bookings. We don’t give refunds, talk to your booking agent.” So much for prepaid no recourse bookings.
Hilton was no help in making this right on the spot. We will see when there’s time to contest the bait & switch. Trip.com was good about offering a partial refund of the difference in cost. However, they want your bank account information to send the refund. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to send complete banking information to someone in Singapore. So I agreed to trip coins. A sour note to an otherwise great family visit.

THE nicest short term rental in the Five College area!Our home is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the UMass Amherst and Amherst College campuses. We have a swing set, tennis court, basketball court, and hot tub in our backyard. Our home would be a great place for a large visiting family to spend time in Western Massachusetts. There are six bedrooms.. The master bedroom is a suite with a walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom. There are two other full bathrooms on the second floor. The third floor is a large open space with many toys and games for the kids. We also have a TV viewing area for the whole family to congregate. This is our favorite area of the house.In the basement we have a brand new exercise room with a treadmill, peloton and free weights. Graduation season is by far our most inquired about time and perfect for extended family. We are also open to other short-term and long-term rentals..About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
