The room was quite spacious – more than enough for one person – and featured a simple, modern design. Although it's located in the 93rd district, the surrounding area felt quite safe. Metro Line 13 is conveniently located right outside the hotel, and Line 14 is just a short walk away, allowing you to reach the city center within 30 minutes. Overall, the facilities and service were perfectly adequate. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were particularly delicious.

The room had a terrible smell. It smelled of an old unwashed man. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, holes in bed linen. Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
I appreciate it that after my complaint nice staff gave me a different room, but that new room was smelly as well, I figured it was because of the bad air conditioning system, and I guess old untended carpets also contributed to the problem. In the new room the towels looked clean, but they smelled of fried patties.
Overall, it was an awful experience, it was hard to breathe with the air conditioner on as it made the room stinky and humid. That's why I decided to refrain from using it. Luckily, the temperature outside did not exceed +30°C during my stay.
This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!!! It barely deserves even 1 star.
