I thought the staff could at least ask if we needed anything before clearing the room. Is that so difficult? At that moment, I just hoped the restaurant wouldn't go out of business! The electrical wire next to the toilet is right next to a shower; aren't they afraid of getting electrocuted? The elevator is so dirty—it's obvious it hasn't been cleaned in ages! Terrible service and an absolutely awful environment."
