Had a wonderful stay at Citadines Paras Square Gurugram! The hotel offers clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms, making it a great choice for both short and long stays. Overall, my stay at Citadines Paras Square was comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, the location is quite far from most major attractions and city areas, which made commuting a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was a noticeable moldy smell in the room that affected the experience. With a few improvements, it could be a much better stay

Mostly has been ok , fairly clean and humble staff. The shower was a very bad experience. Water was either very cold or scalding hot giving me rashes. Even after informing the housekeeping when a guy came over, ran the water and said it will be fine. Unfortunately it was the same. The blue spot was giving hot water and red giving cold water.

Staff is friendly, location is a bit far from everything. Property needs better scent & sound management. The basement parking is quite smelly.

It was new and very clean. There was a kitchen, so we could have a mini drinking party. We could relax on the sofa.

The Hotel is very nice with modern clean rooms, very friendly service, but the 14th Floor Restaurant is really at the top. Excellent food and service from Imkumar and Dharvendar.

Excellent place for business and personal stays in Gurugram. They have all the amenities you get at a hotel. In addition, they provide utensils, an induction cooker, a refrigerator, a microwave and laundry service in each room which stands out from other hotels around. Sapan from housekeeping team went out of the way to keep my room clean and full of basic amenities at all times. His hospitality added to the experience. All in all a 5 star experience.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Citadines Paras Square. Professional staff, will furnished and comfortable space and a welcoming atmosphere, it feels like home The stood out point was the cleaning person Swappan, kept the apartment spotless through my stay. Vipin from Receiption was very helpful. The Kitchen staff, the complete team were great. Whether you are staying short term or long term, I highly recommend this place. It is little out of the area, but nature part adds the beauty. I would love to come back here.

We had a great experience with the housekeeping service during our stay. Swapan was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. He always checked in with us regularly to see if we required anything and ensured that our room was clean and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was how he provided us with drinking water daily without us even having to ask. His friendly attitude and professionalism made our stay more pleasant and relaxing. It’s always nice to see hotel staff go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Thank you, Swapan, for your excellent service!
