Mostly has been ok , fairly clean and humble staff. The shower was a very bad experience. Water was either very cold or scalding hot giving me rashes. Even after informing the housekeeping when a guy came over, ran the water and said it will be fine. Unfortunately it was the same. The blue spot was giving hot water and red giving cold water.

Staff is friendly, location is a bit far from everything. Property needs better scent & sound management. The basement parking is quite smelly.

It was new and very clean. There was a kitchen, so we could have a mini drinking party. We could relax on the sofa.

Excellent hospitality, quality breakfast with variety of items. Well mannered, helpful and ever smiling staff, great team !! Special mention, appreciation and thanks to Mr. Dharvendra, Mr. Chandan, Ms. Nagma in the restaurant, Mr. Shiba - housekeeping, Ms Shyamali, Mr. Vipin at the reception - thank you - you all made my stay a memorable one.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! I celebrated my 45th with my school friends! The hotel staff was polite and efficient. We had booked three rooms including one executive room with lovely space to sit and a huge balcony! The kitchenette is well equipped. Most importantly it is clean. Toilets are of decent size with good quality amenities. Overall a good stay with an amazing lunch and dinner menu! However, breakfast spread can be changed.

Naresh Kumar was very helpful and supportive. Overall cleanliness maintaining was up to the mark and helped with service for housekeeping. Very on point and helpful. Pleasant and patient to complete his work. Good work and keep it up Naresh!

citadines paras squire gurgaon sec 59 neat and clean hotels and safe here I'd like to give my feedback for the house keeping guys Naresh kumar from housekeeping staff behaviour is very good.These people are very punctual, polite and ready to provide services during odd hours. Always ready to render there services whenever required.

The room service was very nice... Even though I requested for room cleaning in the evening, service was provided promptly. Shiba was very professional and performed a good job. I would recommend a stay here. Citadines is a good place away from home to enjoy your business trip or relax

Good hospitality,, house keeping person naresh kumar is very generous and and very prompt responsive to all my needs. Rooms were very neat and clean and space was also huge. Bathroom was also clean with all required items. Will surely visit again at this property.

Excellent service by Abdul in room service, he was very polite and professional and the room was very clean and sparkling, he is an asset to your company. The hotel overall is very clean and smells wonderful and the breakfast is excellent, the washer and dryer is a nice touch, a heated pool would be appreciated
