Really room its nice and clean . Restuarant also have a nice food there

Staff is friendly, location is a bit far from everything. Property needs better scent & sound management. The basement parking is quite smelly.

It was new and very clean. There was a kitchen, so we could have a mini drinking party. We could relax on the sofa.

Good service awareness

A Musttt visit!! My partner brought me here for a celebration. Perfect place to have a great time with your close ones. These people are fantastic hosts! The 14th floor feet swapping view of the reception is justttt the right place to set yourself on a journey of creating good memories. Cherry on cake is their staff. Right from the luggage check-in till the stay you will realise the mindful gesture of these humbled humans around you adds a major contribution to the experience. A hug shoutout to these humans- the receptionist (didn’t ask the name), floor staff (Shubhra & Alif). I thank you guys @Citadines for such a great stay!

Our stay at Citadines was an absolute treat. Shiba from housekeeping did an awesome job with daily cleaning. We can only recommend this accommodation for short and long term stays. The Apartments are located at a quiet area within a good distance from the city centre.

My room no. Is 1111 and Housekeeping Mr Shiva have very good in his work. He keep the room very neat and clean on daily basis. Also he come on time to clean the room with professional way. I highly recommend his work. Please appreciate him for his dedicated and hard work

I was here for 6 nights. It was a temporary accomodation provided by my company. My stay was peaceful. Especially Rahul, Hemant, Nagma, Dharvendra and Sakshi have been very cordial and helpful. I only felt that it would have been better if there were more lights in the room.....

Location of this property is slightly away but apart from that everything else is almost perfect...rooms are really comfortable and there are kitchen amenities provided in the room.....the dinner menu at the restaurant has been great and food was really tasty...however the breakfast was not great as it has only limited selection... hopefully the hotel will add more varieties for breakfast...the staff at the restaurant has been very attentive...I did have some minor issues in the room but were rectified quickly...overall the staff and service is very nice at this hotel...special thanks to the sales manager Nitin at this hotel .. I can try staying this hotel again..

Excellent hospitality Naresh Kumar from housekeeping and the entire team was so hospitable. Excellent property to stay in . I would highly recommend people visiting to Gurgaon to opt for this property only because of the great cooperative nature of their staff

The house keeping service is excellent from Mr. Naresh Kumar. He is very professional and provide the service upto the mark. Keep going. The room is always very tidy and provide all the necessary things. We will sure come back to the Citadine due to the service and hospitality

The house keeping staff was very polite and nice. Naresh kumar ji was very polite and passionate with his services.He cleaned the room very nicely and was approachable to the servives and his behaviour was very professional and respectful to us.
