"We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We especially appreciated how clean the hotel was and how comfortable the room felt after a long day out. Overall, it was a great stay and good value for money. "Went for a ski trip. Took the half board option. At first I thought dinner will be buffet, which everything exceeded my expectation, as they were all course meals, and for the 3 nights the foods were all different. They used very good ingredients such like fresh tuna or local Hida beef. Breakfast was also great, there are 2 options, Japanese and western, both were not biffet. Don't miss the fresh milk at breakfast. People at the restaurant were extra nice, very kind and helpful, we enjoyed the time a lot. The onsen in hotel comes with spectacular view, and includes an outdoor jacuzzi where i have spend countless hours there. Resort is arounnd 10 minutes from Takasu and 18 minutes from Dynaland. Hotel also offer lift ticke that is cheaper than buying at ski resort. Hotel also has ski locker. If I were to come here for ski again this will still be my only option."

"Gujyo vacance Mura Hotel is the hotel of the bugs. There are many bus in the room. And when I went to ask the reception, they said it’s normal. The bug is in every room in the hotel. I think it’s not the normal thing for the visitor or the customer to sleep with a lot of bugs. At first, they refused to give us the new room because they said it is in every room. But later they give us the key of the new room, but when I open it, I found the bug too. "Marco did an excellent job in explaining and welcoming us to the hotel. We were greeted with a red bean paste sweet shaped like the building of the hotel and a cup of hot tea. Marco took the time to explain to us the hotel was the place monks studied for over hundreds of years. It felt very novel to have spent a night in such a historical place. My husband could not find his phone the next morning. We spent an hour tracing his steps in vain. We called our banks to cancel credit cards. Another bank's wait time was supposed to be an hour. Reika from the front desk came to help us out. She searched everywhere in our hotel room. She also searched thoroughly in our car. Eventually she found the phone deep under the seat. The phone's do not disturb sign had been turned off the night before, so when we called it, it did not ring. My husband was extremely elated to say the least. Reika has really made our day!"
