Atour Hotels in Guiyang

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

Room is cozy decorated with natural oak finish covering all around. It is very appealing and One will be instantly charmed by it. Hotel's receptionists were very polite and helpful. Convenience stores, food outlets are nearby besides the hotel. Breakfast varieties are mainly for Chinese, a small portions for Westerners. An expensive tea set for tea drinkers is provided on a seating platform by the window.

Staying at Atour is as assured as ever. The hotel will pre-care in advance. There is tea at the store. There is warm water at the store. The front desk staff is very good. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. It is comfortable to live. Any problems will be solved in time. Every time I travel, I will choose Atour. There is a late night porridge in the evening, it tastes good, give Atour a thumbs up, give the front desk friends a thumbs up [smile] [smile] [smile]

This time I came out to play, and the hotel I booked was the best experience! It has an excellent location and convenient transportation, and you can easily find it as soon as you get off the car. There are many delicious foods around. Just a few steps away you can start a wonderful journey on the tip of your tongue and easily satisfy your taste buds. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. When I checked in, not only was they very efficient, they also thoughtfully handed me a cup of steaming hot tea. I took a sip, the fragrance of tea filled the air, and my tiredness instantly disappeared. This service detail really captured my heart! The room is impeccable. As soon as you enter the room, the clean environment is eye-catching. The bed is clean and flat, and there is no odor in the bathroom. It is so comfortable to live here! I sincerely recommend it to everyone. You can’t go wrong choosing this place next time you travel!

The hotel is located right in the heart of town, conveniently located a 6-min walk to the West Zhongshan Road Subway station. The room was spacious and very clean. The linens were pristene and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and I really appreciated the Japanese toilet. The people at the desk spoke Chinese only, but I was expecting that based on the reviews I had read ahead of time, and with my basic language skills and a bit of help from our phones (translator) we managed fine. The reception people were very pleasant and helpful. The late-night snack (congee with several types of pickle) is a nice thing, except that there was none left the first night when I went. Best to go before 10:30 if you hope to enjoy it. The food, Chinese style, is copious and delicious. The regional specialities were a nice touch! The breakfast has some Western-style food as well, though less elaborate. There was a problem with the coffee machine the 2nd day, but it was fixed quickly. I would stay here again - the location and value for money was excellent. But if you need service in English, want English TV, and /or a full Western breakfast, this is probably not the hotel for you.

Facilities: The hotel has complete supporting facilities, including a restaurant and a gym, and breakfast is provided. After staying for 2 days, the meals for each breakfast are different and there are many types, which shows that they are very attentive! Hygiene: The room is large, clean and tidy, no dirt was found on the sheets and quilts, and the bathroom is also very sanitary. It feels safe to stay! Environment: The hotel is in a strategic location. There are many dining places downstairs and there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel. The accommodation conditions are convenient. Service: The staff in the store are enthusiastic and will help solve any needs as soon as possible. When passing by the front desk when traveling every day, they will also proactively provide bottled water, which is very considerate! In short, it is a hotel with high cost performance and worth choosing!

The location of this Atour hotel is more convenient, and the distance to several other business districts in the city is only ten minutes. The service level of the hotel has always been middle and upper, and the front desks in different areas have some differences in service attitude, but most of them are still friendly and courteous. Stayed for one night on the 4th, the second order was booked, the front desk lady automatically helped me to renew the original room, and the sanitary cleaning was also arranged in time. However, not very fortunate, on the second night of the renewal, I encountered a burst of the hotel water pipe, and the entire 17th floor was soaked in a large area. I didn't know if it wasn't for my shallow sleep and hearing dripping water, getting up and seeing the wet floor of the room and calling the hotel to ask about the situation! Although at 4 am, the hotel proposed to change rooms (understand that the situation is not very bad and has no effect on me, I choose not to change for the time being), the attitude is good, but the way is wrong! First of all, in such a situation, all the customers on the 17th floor should be notified in time. Untimely notification, there may be a possibility of soaking luggage and shoes, which will affect the subsequent travel or work arrangements of the guests. Barely speaking, fortunately, the water pipe burst. If it is a fire alarm, an earthquake or other, the hotel's response method is very lacking in emergency and proper. When I left the hotel at 10 am, the carpet in the aisle on the whole floor was soaked in water. Every step I took, my shoes were a little wet. If the hotel can promptly notify and absorb water in the disaster area, I believe that in the 6 hours of my return trip, it will not be uncomfortable. Although the front desk gave a small gift as comfort (bags of tea coffee to drink fried spicy beans), I think it is better to give disposable slippers and socks [cover face]

It was really a surprise to stay at Atour Hotel! It is indeed Atour, the service is so good that it makes people feel warm. The young lady who received it was very caring and took care of the whole process. She also took the initiative to upgrade the oversized view room for free. The view of the window was superb and the journey was cured instantly! Knowing that I am not used to high pillows, I specially added two buckwheat pillows to the room. The details are too poking people. The bedding is also comfortable. I don’t want to get up when I lie down. It’s no problem to sleep well! The location of the hotel is also super convenient, next to the dolphin square, it is perfect to bring the baby to play, eat, drink and play in one stop, walk the baby easily and have fun ～ I have been decisively renewed in the original room, this stay experience is full, really worthwhile This trip, highly recommended!

Atour is a fantastic hotel to stay with. I love that they are consistent in service, design, and comfort wherever we travel. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk explained that the room away from the elevator on the 6th floor was very small, but there was one near the elevator on the 2nd floor that was larger if the 6th floor wasn’t acceptable. The room on the 6th floor was more like a closet with no space for a suitcase, the window wasn’t really a window, and it had a terrible smell. When I came back to the desk to ask I could change rooms, she immediately let us move to the larger room on the 2nd floor which was great! Clean, large enough for 2 suitcases, and a real window. Traveling for several weeks, having the ability to laundry is key and I love their laundry facility- state of the art, industrial washer and dryers that work quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is amazing- you can leave it with them and they’ll do the laundry (wash/ dry) and return to you free of charge, or you can do it yourself (but you may have to wait until a washer is available which is why they suggest leaving it with them). The area around the hotel is extremely convenient- many restaurants, tea shops, etc., it’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping, and both bus stops/ metro stations are within walking distance. Atour is a hotel brand that I trust and rely on, especially when we are traveling for an extended period of time.

I rarely leave reviews; the last one was probably in 2023. I booked a room for my family this time, so I was just going to give it a try. They said they had great feedback and asked me to leave a review, haha. A few points: The parking signs were clear, and there were charging stations, which was perfect for charging my car. The breakfast was also quite good. I had a bowl of spicy chicken noodles in the morning and decided to stay longer tonight. 😍 The hotel sign was clearly visible from Wanda Plaza, so you can tell it's close. They even gave me a little doll as a gift ╮(╯▽╰)╭ That was quite thoughtful. Not bad, highly recommended. 🌹
