走路去象鼻山五分鐘左右，很方便。樓下就有排名第一的桂林米粉店，味道很不錯！停車也免費，酒店設施也不錯！性價比很高！！！

酒店地理位置不錯，步行十分鐘左右就到了象鼻山景區，距離日月塔景區也不遠，附近還有不少知名本地菜系餐廳，非常適合親子出遊。
房間面積較大，床品也挺舒適，但雖定位高檔型酒店，細節處還是需要有不少改進的地方：建議房間增加搭配杯子使用的咖啡小勺，以便住客更方便調配咖啡；房間走廊處的感應燈，略微打擾休息，最好可以改成手動開關控制；早餐品種略微單調和重複。

服務也很貼心 會給客人發桂林吃喝玩樂的旅行攻略PDF 這一點真的體會到了酒店的用心程度 值得好評

特別滿意，春節全家人老少9口在桂林過年，所以計劃訂一個比較寬敞乾淨，適合一家人看春晚的酒店，雲端酒店果然沒有失望，星級酒店的標準。
設施:親子房兩張1.8大床，特別寬敞，還定了兩個標間，還給免費升了一間，有大浴缸。
衞生：特別乾淨，沒的説，星級標準
服務：服務很好，有求必應，過年還送了小禮物
環境：酒店位置在江邊，離象鼻山，日月雙塔，小吃街都很近，我們住兩天，基本就是步行去周邊。年夜飯定在樓下的椿記，很方便。
