整體服務態度非常好，很負責！
這次出行帶一個大孩子，一開始房間是一個大床，會很擠，前台為我們換了三個床的大房間，而且換房間的時候，前台超有耐心態度很不錯👍
早餐種類很多，酒店自帶的游泳池等的設施拍照很出片環境優美。酒店有漆扇、香囊的活動，很有特色！
總的來説，在桂林玩，一定要去雲端酒店，會讓人心情愉悦，很值得！👍👍👍

房間很乾凈，床品睡的很舒服，孩子很喜歡這裏，可以游泳，做漆扇，做香囊，有個海洋球滑梯的遊樂區域，適合小齡的小朋友，我家寶貝更喜歡游泳池，管家服務非常貼心，將周圍的美食和遊玩地方整理成PDF發過來。最最最讓那我滿意的是吃飯很方便，出門左轉十米一個必須打卡的椿記燒鵝，確實好吃，超級推薦臘肉飯，我的心頭愛，出門右轉不到一百米同來米粉店，五塊錢的粉吃到飽，出行很方便，出門掃個共享電動，不堵車到各個地方都很方便。
