Good stay. The room was great. Just wish there was more control of the children. I was working out the gym and a family came in and the children were jumping and missing the equipment and now one said anything

This was by far one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Every single design detail is well-thought of, with customer satisfaction in mind. The view is gorgeous, the walking/jogging trails are flawless, we were speechless. Everything very new and very clean. Staff is polite and always smiling. Truly 5 star. The only downside is that it is 1-2 hr away from attractions & train stations.

hotel was upgraded to Song hotel (6 star). Location is average, because nothing is around. Rooms were awesome but not room cleaning due to covid. Also, no new towels, coffee etc. on a Daily Basis. At new years eve we came back home at 1am and there was nobody at reception desk anymore and we had to walk 1,5 Kilometer to our room. Breakfast room was really cold and we had to wear a winter jacked.

A very satisfying hotel, perfect for family trips. It's not far from the theme park, and the shuttle bus is always available during peak season, which is very convenient. The buffet was also very good. The room was a good size, and the mattress was comfortable.

The environment was very nice, and check-in was quick. I don't know if it was because we checked in after 6 PM, but we didn't get any complimentary fruit. My friend's family arrived in the morning, and they did. I hope the buffet will have a wider variety next time I go. The dinner buffet cost over 100 yuan, and I ate there two nights. I still think Guilin rice noodles are the best. My kids wanted white rice, but they only had fried rice 😄 and no sushi.
