The service was great! They were really patient checking us in and answering our questions. They even helped us order food at the stall across the street and taught us how to order Guilin’s famous rice noodles from a local shop. We were given a room upgrade and it was gigantic. The location is also close to many attractions within walking distance. There was no smoke smell in the room but occasionally there would be smoke coming in from other rooms. The room was very clean.

We had one night at this hotel. It was a few steps away from the centre where we needed to before our marathon. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any requests we had.

They’re kind enough to let us check in early and upgrade our room. The senior reception is trying to sell me some cruise packages. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. The shower pressure is good & water temperature is consistent. The location is close to the tourist spots. They helped with collecting my tb parcel. Appreciate their help.

非常愉快的體驗，表白前台小姐姐 真的好用心，有什麼訴求都會盡力幫你解決，入住期間發任何消息都是秒回立刻解決，房間住着很寬敞很舒適，浴室乾濕分離，品質感極佳，高樓層視線好，環境安靜，一夜好眠。早餐在九樓，餐廳空間充足，用餐體驗非常舒適放鬆。客房姐姐人也很好，在桂林體驗過服務最好的酒店，下雨天大堂還配有雨傘可以借，天氣不好也很方便。緊鄰市中心，距離象鼻山，日月上塔很近，全部步行都可以到達了，非常好的一次入住體驗，會給很多很多人推薦！

酒店服務很好，房間環境也乾淨，酒店走路十幾分鍾就到象鼻山，酒店樓下的充電樁雖然衹有兩個，但酒店對面也有充電樁的。
