An amazing hotel. The most comfortable bed we had during the entire trip—we honestly didn’t want to get up. We stayed just one night but would’ve gladly stayed longer just for that bed. The price was surprisingly low for the quality—truly exceptional.

Good location near the elephant park. And close to walking street and restaurants. The deco is a bit dated but the chinese elements fit the environment. There is a sitting area in a bay window set up with a tea tray. Nice staff who kindly stored our luggage and helped with restaurant recommendations.

Great location but just 3 stars for the service as the room were not ready at our arrival at 4pm… The check-in was at twelve.

The hotel is at a great location near everything we wanted to do. The boats for the river cruise actually finished on the river right in front of the hotel. The room was very cute and made our honeymoon extra special.

Loved this place! Comfortable, clean, and great location within walking distance from Xiangshan Park and the lakes, and bus stops nearby with buses that go to Guilin Railway Station and Guilin North Railway Station. There's also a laundry room if you need to wash stuff.

Hotel was very welcoming and the staff were very nice. Rooms are clean and facilities were exceptional. They have a washing machine and it works very well and there are instructions in English on how to use it.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful; they go out of their way to help out, even with calling a taxi for us as we do not have the local taxi app. The hotel location is very central; ideally situated to visit Guilin downtown attractions such as Elephant Hill and Twin Towers. Good for travelers. Most popular Guilin tourist spots are in the walking distance. Transportation is very convenient to all the tourist destinations of Guilin! Corridor is little bit smelly. Housekeeping and desktop service are very good and helpful. Overall it’s a nice place.
