當時定好旅遊行程就把房間定了，差不多提前了2周多（應該），結果我在外面逛景點走了一天累死了，那天晚上還颳大風，人很冷，就想趕快回酒店房間呆著。結果，等我到了老闆説忘記我這單了，已經客滿了，我當時很冷，要求退款，還猶猶豫豫的一直拖時間，説什麼去聯繫一下旁邊熟人的民宿看看還有沒有位置，但是打了老闆兩個電話對面（熟人）也沒有接，一直拖着不退款，我衹想着能不能退款讓我去邊上隨便找一家賓館睡下，洗個熱水澡，最後被拖到不耐煩了，才退了，還是退的原價，沒有給我任何賠償，補救措施，還讓我在寒風中硬生生跟她掰扯了半個小時才能退到錢走人。

乾淨整潔的房間，房東阿姨特別好，因為是凌晨臨時訂的，訂的房間離得有點遠所以老闆給我升級成了近的大房間

自建房，離桂林站近，步行即可看見。有預算的話建議住好一點。不過它家有衹玳瑁貓，大臉盤子很可愛，很温和，不會亂叫。
