There is a woman working at this hotel who never takes the time to listen to me. She always seems in a hurry, as if she just wants to finish quickly and go watch a movie. I come here every day with a student and plan to continue working with this hotel, but I don’t understand why this lady (the one with brown or blonde hair) is so disrespectful. She even throws the card rudely. Please check the cameras and solve this misunderstanding as soon as possible.
However, the two other ladies are extremely kind and helpful, and the man is always there and ready to assist.
Other than that, the hotel is clean, the rooms are wonderful and quiet. I highly recommend it.
