It’s located about 5-10 minutes drive away from New Gudauri which is ideal - it makes it quiet and peaceful but still close to the hustle and bustle. The restaurant has amazing food!! "We booked the same day, booked during the day, arrived in the evening and checked in for 1 night. The second floor was waiting for us, fully equipped, there is a kitchen with everything you need, with dishes, a large refrigerator, gels, shampoos, towels in the bathroom. There were 8 of us, there were enough beds for everyone, and everything else. We settled in very comfortably. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the veranda. Wi-Fi worked great. We put 2 cars in the garage, they fit. Borjomi is 5 km away, far on foot, only by car. Down by the road they bake delicious flatbreads, hot, from the oven. Across the road is a grocery store. Nearby is a river and beautiful views."

"This was a last-minute booking for 1 night in April after the hotel we'd originally booked cancelled on us the day before we were due to arrive... but we were very happy with the way things worked out! Staff were fantastic – I have to mention Armaz on Reception in particular, who was charming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was fairly compact but super-comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. Most of all we LOVED the sauna, the bucket showers, the pool (which I had all to myself every time I went down there) and our evening soak in the outdoor hot tub. Would definitely stay again!"

The location is especially convenient for skiing — right next to the hotel there is a slope, and if you go down just a little, you will reach the first ski lift.
