Please note that this hotel does not have a pool or spa; all amenities are located at its sister hotel next door. "We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we visited the restaurant several times(almost every day) — and it was one of the highlights of our time in Gudauri. The restaurant is beautifully designed, very well organized, and offers excellent food quality. Everything we tried was well prepared, tasty, and thoughtfully presented. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Serjio, who truly made a difference. He helped us immensely with ski equipment rental and provided valuable information about the area. His English was excellent, and his attitude was genuinely helpful and positive — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The restaurant comes highly recommended, even if you are not staying at the hotel. Based on this experience alone, we are confident that the accommodation must be of equally high quality. On our next visit to Gudauri, we will definitely choose Gudauri Loft Hotel for our stay. Great job to the entire team — keep it up!"

"We attended the New Year’s Eve “Gala Dinner” at Monte Hotel as a family (2 adults and 3 children), and it was the most disappointing New Year’s Eve experience our family has ever had. Despite having a confirmed reservation, there was no table available for us upon arrival. We were told that guests “sit wherever they want,” even though other groups were clearly seated properly. Only after insisting and complaining were we finally given a table. We were also asked to pay an unexpected additional bank commission of 110 GEL, which was never mentioned in advance and is completely unjustified. The payment was already processed through the hotel’s bank, and I had already covered my own bank’s transaction fees. The food was far below any reasonable gala dinner standard — a very poor buffet with minimal options and average quality at best. To make matters worse, water, soft drinks and beer were charged separately, something that was not clearly communicated beforehand and is unacceptable for an event advertised as a gala dinner. After the event, we contacted the hotel with a formal complaint and followed up again, but never received any response. Although we did not stay overnight, based on the chaotic organization, lack of transparency and complete disregard for guest feedback, I would seriously question the professionalism and reliability of this hotel overall, not just for events but also for accommodation. This experience did not resemble a New Year’s Eve gala in any way. I would not recommend it to anyone."
