Leaving another review for this booking because it turns out they have several different units they use. The location is perfect and (if you speak Chinese) the guy helping you to your room is very friendly. For the rest it’s awful.

This is an apartment located at Zhujiang new town. Location is unrivaled, close to convenience stores and major attraction. The lady is very kind, assisted to pick us as location is hard to find. Cleanliness will require major improvement as bathroom and walls not cleaned properly, can see mold around, washing machine also needs cleaning. We did not continue using that due to some smells after drying.

Excellent Location. Very friendly and helpful attendant and staff. Good room but very very small and dirty shower room, could hardly get into shower enclosure.

During fair time this is one of the most affordable options. It’s not a hotel, just an apartment. Don’t expect anything more than a bed and a bathroom

Comfy apartment in a great location and just mins walk to the mrt station. Right within the central business district. Condo is slightly on older side but still considered Modern. Many food options in the radius of 1km walk. Plenty of banks and offices around.

This review is relative to what I paid. The apartment is decent enough, clean, no smell of smoke, quite spacious and the location is great for downtown - literally a few minutes walk from Zhujiang New Town station and 5-10 min walk to river viewing point of Canton tower. The landlady provides you with a map of how to access, which is fairly accurate, however the name in the description on Trip.com is not the name of the building (it's Leiden Sunshine Apartments) ... Obviously it's not Rosewood at this price point but it makes it difficult to find the property .. though if you are in the right vicinity, if you show someone the map, they should be able to direct you to correct building .. then you ha e to go to an office and they can call the landlady. They are friendly but there may be some difficulty in translations, so ideal to have a translator app handy if you don't speak mandarin. Other than that I think it was good for my one night transit, as wanted to explore the heart of GZ and this was central to what I wanted .. it's about 50 minutes from airport on line 3 (no need to change). Overall it's a good choice if you know above points.

Very satisfied, the room type was upgraded. I chose this apartment when traveling with my husband. It is very close to the subway station, which makes travel convenient. It also has a balcony where you can wash clothes. The clothes are dry in one day, which is very convenient.

The location is very good, within a 15-minute walk from the embassy, ​​and there are various convenience stores along the way (CityMart, Family Mart, 711, Meiyijia). The room is high, with a balcony, overlooking the beautiful night view of Zhujiang New Town. The store service is also very good, and the problem of access control and elevator room card was quickly solved. The sanitary environment is not bad, with complete facilities, including refrigerators, induction cookers, microwave ovens, etc. The only thing that is not good is that there are some small mosquito bodies at the head of the second bedroom. After cleaning them up, I didn’t bring extra disposable three-piece sets, so I only used one bed.

During the May Day holiday, everywhere was fully booked. I saw that this Tianhe hotel had rooms available and was not expensive, so I booked it. When I opened the door, I smelled mold. There was an electric mop in the shower room, so you were lucky not to get electrocuted. The next day, the air conditioner leaked like rain... You really get what you pay for

The apartment is in a good location and the room is very clean. When I went there, it was less than 10 o'clock and there was a vacancy, so the owner arranged for me to check in early. The room was freshly cleaned and very tidy. The bedding was changed by the lady in charge of the housekeeping. The cleaning was very meticulous and the bathroom was specially disinfected. I felt very safe living there.

The same big bed as mine is very comfortable to sleep on. The room layout is reasonable and the space is super large. The children will not feel constrained if they stay in the room and do not go out. The children can play freely in the room. The sound insulation is also good, and there is no need to worry about disturbing others.
