There is even a deposit, and I paid 368 yuan too much, but I haven't refunded it yet. I don't know if it will be refunded! Bad review content: This stay experience is extremely bad, which completely subverts the perception of a four-star hotel! 1 The environment is dirty and old: the ceiling of the room is obviously moldy, and the air is filled with a pungent musty smell. As soon as I entered the door, I choked and coughed, and even breathing was uncomfortable. The facilities are as old as the old and broken rooms from more than ten years ago, with very few sockets, and charging is a problem. 2. Poor sound insulation + noise hell: The voices of the neighbors and the footsteps in the corridor can be heard clearly, and what's even more outrageous is that the frogs outside the window are croaking all night! With the mosquitoes bombing in my ears, it is simply mental torture. 3. Mosquitoes are rampant: It's useless to turn on the mosquito repellent. I was bitten all over my body, and I couldn't sleep at all because of the itchiness. The sanitary conditions are worrying. 4. False advertising: The price of 368 yuan/night is actually not as good as a 100 yuan B&B! The hotel facilities are OK, but a little old. The air conditioner in the first room was not cold at first, but the front desk staff kept running around for us and kept apologizing after knowing it. They directly changed us to a suite with a price twice the original price. The service awareness is really first-class, thumbs up👍

The toilet stinks as soon as you enter the room. There is a smell. The air conditioning is not enough. The sofa in the room is old. The whole environment is not good. There are few parking spaces. The smoking warning sign on the bedside table is dirty and not cleaned... I booked it because I have an exam.

I was a little worried about the old facilities after reading some reviews, but it is actually quite good. The vegetarian restaurant in the lobby is also a plus. In addition, Jiangxia Station is not very friendly for large luggage when taking the subway. There is no elevator. I suggest trying other stations.

It may be an older hotel. It is close to Guangzhou Foreign Studies University and Baiyun Mountain, but the sofa in the room is really not good. It is greasy and black. I don't know if anyone dares to sit on it.
