Good stay. Lots of extra bottles of free tea given. Large shower and comfortable bed. Hotel has improved since renovation completed. Short walk to metro station. A bit difficult for pick-up and drop-offs given the busy area with motorbikes and pedestrians. Helpful staff.

Location-excellent. Within 2 mins walk to nearest MRT under shelter. Lots of eateries , some 24hrs , all outside the hotel. There’s a McDonalds just down below as well. Service- VERY IMPRESSIVE. The young lady who checked us in, was professional , sweet and so helpful with everything we needed- especially when she knew we didn’t read Chinese . She took time to translate, help us read our Wechats. She was clearly doing it out of a strong service nature, expecting nothing in return. As there was slight renovation on 8th floor, she suggested giving us complimentary breakfasts as a gesture of goodwill. She needs to be promoted and given lots of rewards . Her name is Qiu yongxin，邱泳欣. Breakfast - buffet and has typical Chinese food but limited western dishes. There’s a good coffee machine though.

Very old hotel, lack of maintenance. As for quality of staying, it’s very poor experience. However, I have to admit that is a very convenient location to anywhere if your main travel tool = subways. Many good foods around the area too.
Response from Property: We apologize for giving you a bad experience. Upon investigation, we found that the air-conditioning room equipment had a sudden mechanical failure during your stay, which caused abnormal noise. We immediately contacted the engineering team for emergency repairs and completed the inspection and debugging in the early morning of the next day. The equipment has now resumed normal operation. We have fully upgraded our equipment maintenance plan. In addition to daily routine inspections, we will also add special nighttime inspections to ensure that similar incidents do not occur again. The hotel was upgraded and renovated in 2024. In order to create a unique modern nostalgic style, some areas of the hotel are designed with natural marble. Their naturally formed textures are unique in charm. After careful polishing by professionals, the old design that resembles the traces of time is expected to give you a different cultural atmosphere. You can take a look at the recent reviews, many guests gave us a five-star rating. We hope you can contact us to let us know more about what we have not done well and help us improve so that more guests can receive good service.

very friendly staff working at the reception especially the manager Liu who is there for all questions. Big respect for Liu. The rooms are very nice and clean. and of course the robots that are the hit of the hotel😅♥️

The hotel staff are very friendly, the location is right in the middle of the city, convenient for metro or just walking around. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Highly recommend!! Room: very clean. Chose non-smoking room and it was perfect. Drinking water: plentiful. They were 4 bottles provided in the room and more in front of the elevator. Bathroom: the shower was amazing. Very clean and the mirror is big. Location: 10/10 very close to Gangding station and walkable to Shipaiqiao station. Has 3+ shopping mall nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. I was amazed that for an entire night i didn’t hear any disturbance sound(cuz i didn’t expect much peace cuz the hotel is located in the middle of crowded area) Ps. Shoutout to Ellie & Jarvis. They were really helpful. Even went outside the hotel and communicated with didi’s driver for me. 5/5 to the hotel 5/5 to the staffs

at the center of bustling Tianhe district. you can take didi to anywhere you need to go. the hotel is comfortable and the staffs are nice. i have no complaints and happy to stay again next time I visit. It has a window which is nice but the view is not exactly magnificent. go take a cruise if you need a view at night.

Hotel has been renovated and clean. Always been my go-to hotel when I visit Guangzhou. Service top notch with a particular shout-out to Huang Ting Ting (黄婷婷) and 刘经理 for their hospitality and great service.
