I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Paco Hotel. The location is excellent — close to popular shopping areas and key city landmarks. There’s also a beautiful park right in front of the hotel, perfect for a peaceful stroll. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of service. The hotel is clean, quiet, and offers a nice breakfast along with laundry service, which made my stay even more convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay. A special thank you to the two amazing staff members: Shi Chao Zhu and Hua Dan Deng They were incredibly polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. Their warm and professional attitude made me feel very welcomed. Having them as part of the team added a personal and friendly touch to my whole experience. I’m truly grateful for their support.

Great value for money and superb service! The staff very kindly gave us a nice free room upgrade when we checked in as we had requested for quieter rooms. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated at a very central and convenient location, within walking distance / very short drive to major restaurants and some major malls. Would stay here again if we visit Guangzhou!

Paco Hotel is a great option. It’s well-located with easy access to public transportation, shopping areas, and local restaurants. The hotel offers clean rooms, friendly service, and overall good value for the price.

Tried this hotel for first time and now it will be my choice to stay in Guangzhou every time! Staff is very friendly and rooms are neat, clean and spacious. A 10/10

I travelled solo to Guangzhou some days ago, and an extensive part of my enjoyment of the trip was my stay at Paco Hotel. The front desk and housekeeping services were very understanding and helpful regarding my situation as a solo traveller with 3 luggage, as even though I could not speak Mandarin well, they did their best to communicate in English with a translating device. The room was super clean, and best of all, large enough for my three luggage to fit in. Near many restaurants and ~15 min walking/~6 min cycling to the nearest metro station (Shaheding). Overall an amazing experience, will definitely come back during my return in summer to the city.

Nobody speaks English in this hotel but the people at the lobby had translator and did their best to help me. All common areas (lobby, elevator, floors) had very little or no air conditioning at all. The restaurant was very little, I only had breakfast and it had quite poor choiche. I asked for room with balcony, but the balcony was very dirt and there was tape on one of its border, it had never been cleaned during my stay. Pillows were all very high (15-20cm) and all same softness (not so soft...), luckly I had my own, or I couldn't sleep with them. The room cleaning was approssimative and careless, the cleaner didn't even checked if there were or not spare slippers in the wardrobe; the floor cleaning was very poor and left a lot of dirt; also in first days they turned my room air conditioning off when I was out of the room, and other days they changed setted temperature without asking or advising me. The laundry was very usefull I appreciated it a lot.

Hotel is in a very good location. Customer service is immaculate and very welcoming staff. Room are clean but the bathroom is a partition so the smell will be all over the room Breakfast is not that good there are few options.

The location is 18mins walk to the nearest train station. We’ve got a free upgrade to a luxury room and overall the service is good.

Second time book this hotel. Very convenient and comfortable.

For the second time, I am staying at this hotel. The hotel is wonderful in terms of location, cleanliness, and services, and the staff are very helpful

The breakfast was great and the rooms are pretty spacious. Thankfully there's also no carpeting in the room which is my favourite part!

The Hotel is perfect and in good location which is nearby famous and well known Malls the only problem is the wifi which i ask hotel twice to activate it on my device
