The hotel is comfortable and new. Location s good which is close to 馬安山公園 station ( 5 mins walk). The staff s nice and helpful. Brilliant stay in this hotel.

I had an excellent experience staying at Home2. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh, delicious options. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—close to a large shopping mall, dining, and mrt. There is free shuttle service to and from airport. And the famous HongKong cookie is just right beside the hotel. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. I had many taobao parcels, it arrived a week before and was placed at the locker behind the hotel. The staff help me with the collection twice. Thank you so much for the effort. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

One of the Best hotels I'd ever stayed! Truly a "Free to be me" experience, as shown on the TV welcome screen! Room size is just perfect and I love that it has a cosy space with couch. Bed is comfortable. And toilet is automatic too. Ordered food from 饿了么 snd delivered to my room by a robot, super safe for lady especially at night. I could stay in the room whole day for work undisturbed. To be honest, I'm still missing the room now that I'd returned home. That's how excellent the hotel is!

Fantastic! All the staffs were super friendly and helpful and we exchanged a lot of conversations throughout our 4 nights stay. I booked 8 rooms and my whole family were satisfied with the stay. Only downside is some of the rooms are very far from the lift. Free laundry, airport to & fro pickup and self service beverages at the lobby. My first time in GuangZhou and will definitely be back again! Hope the staffs also enjoyed the biscuits I gifted them that I brought from Ipoh, Malaysia. Cheers! 🍻😄✌🏻

The hotel was good and spacious. All the day shift and night shift receptionist were super friendly and helpful with our needs and wants. The driver was also friendly and did not mind our last minute request. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is far away from downtown. We’re there in golden week. But the hotel was very nice. Room is spacious. Complete facility and have a great laundry room. Plenty of food around for dinner. Accessible through metro lines. Make sure to get on and off on the nearest high speed train station. Otherwise it will be inefficient to stay here.

We are completely satisfied with hotel reception especially the ladies.driver sifu Wong from Xinjiang was helpful to take care of my luggage’s when dropped off the airport.First time try your tea cocktails n found it pleasant and tasty drinking tea experience.also satisfied with the sumptuous breakfast with both eastern n western.good value for its money.Highly recommended for a casual stay and thank you
