wonderful people and friendly staffs,They are super friendly towards foreign tourist coming to Guangzhou and help full finding the right rooms.Wonderful location. and the reminder room clean, the bed was so soft and comfortable that you didn’t want to get up and you were lying down. The soundproofing was excellent. It was quite night. The breakfast was very very Chinese and the taste was very good eating drinking enough to go out and play all day

Stayed one night on a business trip. The location is convenient and the room was clean, spacious, and modern, with voice-command controls that were easy to use once you got the hang of them. I chose not to have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The real highlight was the service: staff were very helpful and accommodating when my colleague and I got stuck in traffic on the way back to the hotel. They were flexible about the checkout time and made sure my colleague could handle it smoothly so we could still catch our flight. Overall, a very comfortable and modern hotel with excellent, thoughtful service—recommended for business travelers.

Location is great. And the room is nice and clean. The spaces in the room is not small or big. It’s just right. Even though it’s abit confusing of where is the entrance as it in the same building as the hotel just need to take a lift to 13 floor.

This is a honest review, it worth every single penny you pay for it . Is clean, and is rare that you find such cleanliness with this pricing in the centre of the city. Front desk are always being helpful, highly recommended if you’re travelling or business. *Side hiccup, it’s in the middle of the city, so there will always be a little traffic jam.

This experience was not exactly the best we’ve had. We are a family of four. We booked a Duplex Suite for the whole family, and based on the photos, everything looked perfect.
But no – when you arrive at the place, it’s completely different.
Be aware that this is an old building, so you can’t expect everything to be new. There may be a musty, old smell. It wasn’t the best experience we’ve had — they use plug-in air fresheners to try to cover the odor.
The worst part is that you can still smell it no matter what. In the large bedroom, it’s the worst! It didn’t feel clean even with the daily housekeeping. They don’t mop the floors or vacuum — you can still see hair lying around. Cups aren’t cleaned or tidied either. Most of the time, you have to ask, or it won’t be done. We also noticed that the towels weren’t very clean — there were stains all over them.
The toilet also had some issues flushing properly. There’s a serious lack of charging outlets, and most of them don’t even work. This hotel really needs some upgrades.
That said, the suite was large and spacious, with plenty of room. One thing we were happy about is that they provided a good amount of bottled water every day.

While booking, we chose a room with jacuzzi’s, but upon arrival, we were told their hotel doesn’t have any jacuzzis!? They only had bathtubs, And room wasn’t ready when we arrived, they still had clean, and we waited like half hour, but when we arrived to the room, we saw it wasn’t cleaned properly. For one night we paid HKD500+ and couldn’t even get a clean room! You can see the counter has stains of drinks in the picture.

The hotel location is very strategic. It is located about 2min walk from gangding station. The receptionist is at level 13 and room is located at level 7. The room is very clean and new.

Superb Location, just few steps to Gangding metro station. Service is good even they can’t speak fluent English but Translation App is the excellent solution. There are 2comnents about wall and soor are not sound proof, so it is your luck about nearby rooms. Another thing is this is not smoking free hotel even claim to be non smoking rooms because i can always smell smoke even in my room. Also found someone smoking in the elevator many times and ashtray can easily be found throughout the hotel.

We are also optimizing room allocation to minimize interference from adjacent rooms. Regarding smoking control, we oversaw a serious oversight and are implementing urgent rectifications. "No Smoking" signs and surveillance cameras have been added throughout the building, smoke alarms have been installed in the elevators, ashtrays have been removed from guest rooms and public areas, and security personnel are conducting hourly patrols to prevent smoking and provide stern warnings to offenders. These issues have undoubtedly impacted your experience, and we have prioritized them for improvement. Room is spacious and clean. There is a little refrigerator in the room. front desk people ate helpful. There is a nice roof top to enjoy the evening. Metro is nearby.
