"The environment allowed us to fully experience nature, making the stay itself a healing experience. The children especially loved the campfire in the evening, and our whole family made wonderful memories. However, we initially had trouble finding our assigned room because we didn't receive a check-in text message, but we managed to resolve the issue using the emergency phone. There was one minor drawback and concern, though. Behind the accommodation, there was a large pool of stagnant, greenish, polluted water. Since we were traveling with children, I was a bit worried about whether it might be harmful to their health. If this area were managed or improved, I think it would be an ideal place to enjoy nature!"

"The service was great! One young girl was doing EVERYTHING! But, she was doing a good job! The place was clean.  We had a little problem getting the room door to open. Overall a good experience.  I would stay there again.  We sent you a nice view from our room window... very relaxing!"

"Such a beautiful hotel. Every detail has given the attention needed to create a great atmosphere. The staff were all around very friendly and attentive. They made sure we felt welcome. We also enjoyed the Speak Easy lounge upstairs. They have a really nice bourbon selection."

Candlewood Suites NAVASOTA by IHG

"This is a new property in Navasota and the only extended stay facility as of early 2026. Good rooms and clean overall. WiFi has to reconnect daily and it always seemed to occur when I was streaming a movie so that was kind of an inconvenience. The brand does not provide breakfast, so plan accordingly. Best option is the Brookshire Brothers in town or one of the fast food places nearby."

"I was skeptical but this hotel was the best value and the cleanest I have ever stayed. The room smelled great and was spotless. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in moving out reservation a couple of times due to the nature of our business. Highway was never a problem and no noise was heard inside the room. I recommend this to anyone traveling in the area. We go back for another stay in a couple of weeks. "
