"Overall was okay but the rooms are definitely dated. Can be more clean with the beddings as we did find stains on the top of the covers. The AC also needs to be fixed cause it was so loud and we had to turn it off over night."

"The location is excellent, right on the main road, with several restaurants nearby, and not far from supermarkets and gas stations. Check-in was convenient, and the staff were friendly. Free parking was also convenient; you could park directly in front of the room, making it easier to retrieve luggage. The room was relatively clean, and clean towels were provided. However, the air conditioner was quite noisy, and the room was a bit dirty. The price-performance ratio is average, roughly equivalent to a 200 RMB room in China."

"The room was spotless, cozy and just what we expected. The bed was super comfy with great pillows and crisp sheets. The bathroom floor was heated to keep our tender tootsies warm. The towels were fluffy and the shower was clean and spacious. The Courtyard was SO INVITING, but the weather put a "Damper" on using it. All that means is we have to go back next Summer! Went to the Après Snack Bar for a drink and a nibble; it was Delicious!! My Espresso Martini was BEYOND and Hubby's Mocktail, yes there are even Mocktail's, was equally BEYOND!! The Oyster Bar had several choices with Amazing condiments to enhance the experience. The Pepperoni Pizza was Yummy too, even cold as a "Late Night Snack"!! Thornbury is cute little town with lots of shops, bakeries, and numerous spots to sit by the water to enjoy Georgian Bay. We will definitely spend a couple of days here next Summer to get the FULL benefit of this charming, One of a Kind destination!! Thank you, to Catherine and her Wonderful staff for a lovely evening!! "The hotel has a beautiful environment and is close to the Blue Sightseeing Area. Plenty of toiletries are provided in the room. The most basic room type has a small kitchen (no cooking stove). You can bring simple food to make your own breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even if you drive to the nearest supermarket, it only takes a few minutes. The drive is extremely convenient!"

"I stayed at the Rocklyn Inn while hiking the Bruce Trail. I enjoyed both the accommodations and Michael and Lesley's hospitality. The room, bathroom and common room were clean and inviting. The location was good, being minutes away from the Bruce Trail and only fifteen minutes away from the restaurants in Meaford. Having an ice cream shop on the premises was a bonus."

"One of the worst hotels i have stayed at yes in aware cost u get what u pay. but bugs, meth heads, and nothing being clean. pool didnt even work wasn't advertised. wasn't allowed to leave hotel after 9pm or couldn't come back in. I lagit went and cleaned bathroom with cleaning wipes before using as there was hair everywhere snot all up walls, dirt and old soap wasn't cleaned at all... beds were stained with blood and everyone woke up with bites. Pool wasn't even working. absolutely horrible"
