Other than location which is near to the ferry terminal others was just normal for the price you paid.

Rooms are not as clean and air con not cold for 2 out of 5 of our rooms. But the counter service are really pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel in Gresik

Nice hotel and very good opportunities to stay ini this hotel

The location is near to maulana malik ibrahim and also masjid jami' gresik, the room is clean and comfy. The service is alright. Everything is simple but excellent.

Staffs are kind, Foods are delicious, Rooms are good, the Hotel is excellent.

Hotel is clean, strategic location in gresik. Breakfast is good but same menu everyday. Room Service is very slow ( took 30min-45 min ) after we call the reception. Overall recommended Hotel and will come back again.

My Child's Diecast Car Toy Left Behind and Lost Mba Ziezie is beautiful (really), the check-in process was fast even though we arrived at 10 pm, the room condition was OK, there is a pool for small children, no complaints for breakfast, maybe only about the limited car parking but the valet was kindly assisted by the hotel staff, I gave 3 stars because my child's diecast car toy (land cruiser LC300) was left in front of the deposit box, but when asked, it was no longer there (room 51X, forgot exactly)

plus: the room is cleaned every day without being asked, the bathroom is clean, the water heater works well, there are mukena and prayer mats in the room which is rare in hotels I have visited, soap etc. are complete, towels are always replaced, there is a mini fridge minus: the lights are not bright enough, the air freshener is not very good

The cleanliness is maintained and the rooms are full of furniture here, which makes me very comfortable

Friendly service, clean and comfortable hotel. Located in the city center and close to tourist destinations.

Even if you check in early and have a room, you still have to pay. I can't understand it. The room is not clean and the service staff can't speak English.
