Winter Garden Hotel Bergamo Airport Reviews

Love the garden design. Good size room n mattress was comfortable. The overall interior was tastefully redesigned. We were short of 1 set of towels & I called reception to request for it. No sign after 1/2 hr, I had to call to ask again especially it was almost midnight! This is not good especially we were tired after a long day of travelling and ready to go to bed.

Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel near Bergamo airport, the junior suite was huge with a double bed and a single bed. The rooms came with free access to the spa which was lovely. I certainly felt comfortable and relaxed at this hotel. They had shuttle buses running to and fro the shopping centre and the airport at a fee of €5 each way. The place was clean, service was great and I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

We had a wonderful experience at the Winter Gardens Hotel. Every staff member I deal with, from the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and extremely helpful. The Restaurant waitress was helpful to explain the menu give some suggestion and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to everyone wants to have a good time and relax.

Great hotel!

I chose this hotel for an early flight, and it was cost-effective. The hotel has a special car to the airport, 8 euros per person, which is not cost-effective for many people. There is a restaurant nearby that eats great steaks.

It was 11 euros to take a taxi at the airport, but the driver said I had to pay 15 euros for the starting fee. There is also a fee for the hotel bus to the airport. If you have an early flight, you won't be able to have breakfast. It seems to be served only at seven o'clock.

Everything was perfect for us.

It looks close to the airport, but the actual way to get to the airport is to take a taxi or take the hotel's shuttle bus, which runs every hour. The time is not very flexible. Secondly, the price is 5 euros per person. There is no free drink provided in the room. It is too remote and the only places to eat around are hotels, which are very expensive. If it wasn’t for my inexperience, I don’t think I would have chosen this company.

Clean, friendly. Very, very hard mattress and no slippers or bathrobes in the room.

The room was clean. The restaurant was just average. The portions were small and not very tasty. The hotel does not have its own car to pick up guests to the airport. The pick-up is 5 euros per person. If you arrive later than 12 o'clock, you have to take a taxi.
