Very, very bad experience! Booked a suite for three nights, and was given a low floor, the 11th floor (not sure if it was discrimination or what, we arrived at 2pm on the day we checked in). You can't see Tokyo Tower at all, you can't open the curtains in the bedroom, and outside is a platform like a shopping mall downstairs, it feels like living in a basement. It's incredible to spend more than 10,000 yuan a night for such an experience! The most incomprehensible thing is that there is always a creaking sound similar to metal expansion in the bedroom. I complained to the hotel, and the hotel just gave a written explanation, saying that it was a problem with the building profile itself, because the temperature difference caused by light caused the window frame profile to expand! And because each floor of the suite is facing the same direction, it cannot be improved! It means that we have to endure it! I didn't rest well for a single day after staying for three days, so I was so tired on the last day that we asked for a standard room to temporarily solve the sleeping problem (after all, I didn't want to pack my luggage and change hotels again). In short, Grand Hyatt sells rooms to the public even though it knows that the suites are noisy. Anyway, this is the last time I stay in this hotel. I write these just to remind everyone to pay attention to the noise problem of the hotel!
