"They stayed with the child for 2 nights, remained satisfied. First of all, cleanliness - when the race was not even dust! After the tumbos, under the bed - everything is clean. In the room (taken 2 local with a large bed) there are all necessary: a shower, TV, Wi-Fi, fan, teapot, refrigerator, phone roam service, on the counter issued a fan, tug in the corridor next to the room, expense materials (champoo, soap, (b) as necessary will be issued on the counter. As usual, the bed linen was taken, the underwear and towels were white. I didn't expect it. Very enjoyed the location of the hotel, right in the center, between the station (10 minutes) and the car station (7 minutes). Individual thanks to the staff, all very kind and responsive. Quiet, quiet place, recommend 👍
P.s. leave with great mood if we have to visit Sortaval again, we will stop here unequivocally."

Also having a coffee machine in the room. Small refrigerator. Overall there is everything you need. Will I come back again, definitely yes! And I advise you to consider this option of accommodation. "Отель чудесный, чистый, расположен в красивом месте среди леса и озера. Чистые полотенца и постельное бельё.
Если вы на машине однозначно рекомендуем, если без машины добраться будет сложно (вариант такси или трансфер).
Персонал очень приветливый и стараются, чтобы гостям было комфортно.
Завтраки проходят в ресторане Gard , очень приятное место. Завтрак хороший, без изысков, но точно найдёте для себя нужное и будете сыты.
Единственное, что огорчило , что в один из дней завтрак был «континентальный» вместо заявленного «шведского стола» по причине недостаточного количества людей в отеле. О таких условиях важно предупреждать заранее, нигде это не написано.
Завтрак был хороший и персонал старался, чтобы мы были довольны, но для нас Важно решать самим чего мы хотим, поэтому при выборе отеля тип системы завтрака для нас бывает решающим.
Как итог всё чудесно, отель советуем для людей на собственном авто, о том что система «шведский стол» может поменяться на «континентальный завтрак по меню» стоит предупреждать гостей заранее."
