"Comfortable"

"Our welcome was very friendly and we were give great assistance by the manager to check in via the automated check-in desk. Parking was good though a little confusing as to which area we should park in. The room was tidy and clean but cold, and the heating controls didn’t work. We found out later, the heating was not switched on centrally for this room!! We booked the restaurant due to there being nowhere to eat locally or within easy walking distance. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive - totally unacceptable. The food was ok but not exciting, and despite the apologies from the manager, it made our spirits low. We skipped having a dessert as we couldn’t stand having to wait any longer. Our stay was for two nights but we couldn’t stand having to stay another night and enduring a long wait in the restaurant, the complete lack of alternative places to to eat locally, the and the hotels distance from the town centre, so we decided to leave early and go home! The staff tried their best but there weren’t enough of them. I won’t be returning to this place!"

"My husband and I stayed in the Premier inn Gillingham business park.The Honorable Pilot, which we stayed in 18 years ago and yet again after all these years... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The room was so nice and I had an accessible room. They went above and beyond. The staff were brilliant especially louise on reception, she was very professional, knowledgeable polite with impeccable manners and made us feel genuinely welcome. It was clean, the bed was fresh with crisp white bedding, our stay was totally brilliant . Also Danny-lee was amazing too. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will also be using this premier inn again"

"Although the customer service is hard to contsct including the so called emergency number. After telling trip.com the owner finally picked up my calls. This is a Sherlock Holmes style game so that you can earn the super privilege to live inside. ON THE OPPOSITE OF THE DOOR BELL , THERE IS A SECRET BOX..... After being given a few wrong passwords and a few wrong secret box number, I could finally enter the Sherlock Holmes Manion and finally enter my room which has an ensuite toilet and bath room. The house and the room are excellent , protected by 24 hour cctv camera I would recommend this one especially if you like Sherlock Holmes."
